Die VRT (Vienna Ring Tram) hat seit mehreren Monaten genau eine Haltestelle, 
und zwar die Ein-  und Ausstiegsstelle am Schwedenplatz. An allen anderen 
Straßenbahnhaltestellen am Ring darf nicht mehr ein- oder ausgestiegen 
werden.

Im Regelbetrieb hält an jener Haltestelle auch NUR die VRT und sonst nichts. 
(Aufgrund der Gleiskonfiguration kann es notwendigerweise zu Umleitungen 
oder Kurzführungen über diese Haltestelle kommen.)

Die VRT ist kein ÖPNV-Linienverkehr, sondern eine Touristenattraktion. Es 
gelten auch keine Linienverkehr-Fahrscheine.

Das sind die Gründe, warum ich persönlich es in diesem konkreten Fall nicht 
als verkehrt ansehen würde, die Haltestelle zusätzlich zur offiziellen 
Bezeichnung auch mit der Linienbezeichnung zu mappen (und zwar in den Tags, 
die vor allem von Nominatim ausgewertet werden). Für Haltestellen im 
Linienverkehr bin ich da natürlich auch dagegen. (Ich halte selbst 
Kombinationen wie die aktuellen name="Wien Praterstern U1" bzw. "Wien 
Praterstern U2" für einen Fehler.)

Problema risolto!
Dal sito opendata Lazio è possibile scaricare lo shapefile delle aree
protette della Regione Lazio, tra le quali è presente anche il
perimetro del Parco Naturale Regionale dei Monti Simbruini:

la licenza è CC by 4.0

ho aperto lo shape in JOSM e si potrebbe importare senza problemi il
perimetro del parco in questione.
Lo stesso shape potrebbe essere utile per verificare anche le altre
aree protette del Lazio, molte delle quali già inserite in OSM.

dal sito dell'Agenzia Regionale per i Parchi (ARP) Lazio, è possibile
accedere al webgis che consente la consultazione delle perimetrazioni
di parchi ed aree protette. Questo il link:

Tra gli scopi del webgis denominato SITAP il primo indicato è la
"condivisione, consultazione e distribuzione in rete dei tematismi
ambientali, naturali e antropici relativi al Sistema delle Aree
Protette del Lazio rappresentati da strati informativi (layer)
vettoriali e raster (basi cartografiche a diverse scale)". Al secondo
punto però è indicato "visualizzazione, interrogazione, download (se
permesso) ed editing (in alcuni casi) dei dati cartografici vettoriali
inerenti il patrimonio geologico, faunistico e vegetazionale della
Regione Lazio;" dove quel "se permesso" non lascia ben sperare;
infatti io mi sono registrato ed ho provato ad usare il webgis, ma non
ho trovato nessun modo per scaricare i perimetri (che tra l'altro di
default vengono visualizzati su mappa OSM, con la dovuta
attribuzione).
Forse il miglior modo per ottenere dei poligoni importabili in OSM
sarebbe proprio quello di contattare l'ARP Lazio.

[OSM-talk] Request: Volunteer very experienced in OSM administrative boundary conflation

Hi all,

HOT (Helen Campbell from NetHope and myself really are looking for
this project) is looking for someone who is very experienced in OSM
Admin Boundary conflation and OSM relations. Knowing a little bit of
other GIS tools would also be very helpful.

There is possibility of importing of data, but the initial project is
to get out OSM boundaries and conflate them with 3rd party boundary
data to determine which is most up to date and accurate and then turn
that data over to our partner for their use in humanitarian work in
the Balkans.

If an import of data or conflation of data to provide OSM updated
administrative boundaries for country is possible and makes sense, the
full data import process will be followed as a separate project, in
consultation through the OSM Imports email list and Import wiki
required documentation.

We are looking for a volunteer to really drive this project and help
sort out workflows and best practices or at least lessons learned, in
the process and document the process at its completion.

I estimate that on a volunteer basis this project will last about 1
month (about 50 admin boundaries to conflate)..

Helen from NetHOPE asked me to add:

"Yes for sure - please mention that its for supporting the {EU}
refugee crisis too!  And you could also mention that this is
frequently an issue in humanitarian response, so having it all
documented will be a huge leap forward for the humanitarian
community!"


So if feel you have the experience and the time to dedicate to the
project, please get in touch with me directly.

Det är något av en teknisk detalj.

Enligt OSMs Wiki så är CC-BY kompatibelt med ODbL om man får tillstånd att 
återpublicera det hos OSM med källhänvisningen enbart i rådatan. Många, 
inklusive mig, hävdar att det då inte är CC-BY länge, att dataägarna då 
faktiskt även släpper sin data som ODbL.

Anledningen till detta är att de som inte håller med om kompatibiliteten tolkar 
CC-BY att man lämnar källhänvisning i alla derivat. En renderad karta med 
CC-BY-data kräver således en källhänvisning på själva kartbladen. Kartan hade 
snabbt inte synts för alla källhänvisningar.

Jag hade personligen inte lagt in data från CC-BY-källor i OSM utan ett 
skriftligt tillstånd att man får distribuera datan med ODbL. Har man en 
relation med de som äger datan är det oftast inga problem för dem att ta det 
beslutet.

Rent juridiskt är det ett mycket kort steg från CC-BY till ODbL, men många jag 
försökt övertala att återpublicera med för dem ny licens har en inställning åt 
hållet att "Nu har vi ju valt att publicera med licens X, så när någon ber oss 
publicera med Y säger vi nej eller sätter till en utredning som det inte finns 
plats för budgeten i denna mandatperiod", skriver ner det på en Post-IT-lapp 
som de ganska omgående gör sig av med.


Grundproblemet är så klart att myndigheter skall publicera data som CC-0 eller 
mindre, och det är vad man hela tiden skall poängtera när man pratar med 
beslutsfattarna. Det börjar faktiskt hända. Här är lite argumentation:

c'est une idée à creuser.

Je peux faire quelques présentations d'OSM (déjà fait :-) mais le sujet de
HOT bien que connu n'est pas mon sujet, même si j'ai participé
ponctuellement à un missing map ou par des contributions ponctuelles sur
des zones de crise.

Si le sujet fait recette, je peux coordonner (j'habite en essonne et je
viens régulièrement sur le sud-parisien) mais pas seul hein, le festival
dure 4 jours. Un stand/une permanence OSM ce serait pas mal si c'est prévu
dans le festival.

[Talk-br] Importação PMPA / Prédios : esquema de conversão para o OSM

Ok. Vou deixar só as tags normais para 2D. Como no caso PMPA está validando 
tudo OK assim, sem precisar fixme para 2D, vou adicionar só note (quando são 
casos de multipol building com layer) explicando que para 3D terá que fazer 
survey.

Hallo,

der Server ist im Moment sehr träge. Betroffen ist openstreetmap.de,
alle deutschen, regionalen Mailinglisten und auch die Seiten des FOSSGIS
e.V.

Ein neues Setup ist bereits im Aufbau und es laufen derzeit Tests. Ich
kann keinen konkreten Termin nennen bis zur Fertigstellung. Bis dahin
wird der aktuelle Server weiter betrieben und das Monitoring
intensiviert - um ggf reagieren zu können.

Für die Unterbrechungen tut es mir Leid. Feedback, wenn es wieder
irgendwo hängt, ist sehr willkommen.

Pred odhadem 1/2 rokem jsem pres turbopass vyhledal vsechny kct_* na
way/node a opravil to. Od te doby mozna neco pribylo ale melo by toho
byt minimum.

Co se cele aktivity tyka, tak vopovi jsem na to svuj nazor rikal
osobne, vic nad tim svym casem plytvat nebudu.

今回のパーティートピックは３つ！

（１）集合場所でMapillaryの勉強会を実施
講師は、私かもう一名

（２）白河ラーメンを食ってワイワイする
（３）白河市内や小峰城をMapillaryで撮影しながらマッピング

小雨決行ですが、風雨が強い悪天候の場合中止します。

駐車場に集合後、天気が良ければその場でMapillaryの使い方の説明、トップダウンでレクチャーします。
※使ってみた方がはやい
その後、近場のラーメン屋で食事後、１−２時間マッピングを開始するという流れです。

小峰城の駐車場の空き具合がまずい場合は南湖公園にシフトします。その場合は、フェイスブックなどのSNS、メッセンジャーで叫びます。
南湖公園の駐車場は広く、今回のイベントの影響は受けにくいと思いますので。

マッピング終了後、コメダコーヒー白河店で無線を使って写真をアップロード、地図描きの話など出来ればいいかなーと思っています。

当日、白河市ではご当地キャラフェスなどもやっているので、家族連れでそっちを楽しんでもらっても可です。それぞれが色々な要素で何かを楽しみましょう。

・フィールドワークが伴いますので、ケガ等万が一に備えて健康保険証の携帯をお願いします。またマッピングパーティー開催にあたって事故保険には加入致しません。自己責任での参加になることをご了承ください。

白河地方の道という道を、OSM Fukushima勢で踏破してしまいましょう＾＾
　会津→天栄→白河→甲子道路→会津　が空白
　その他、白河地方はかなり道路の踏破状態が空白です！

そうですね、日本の山間部でも判断に困る場合はありますね。
おっしゃる通り、日本全土が整備されている地理院地図：標準地図を参考にするのは良い方法だと思います。

等高線と聞いてOpenCycleMapが思い浮かび、エクアドルの指摘された場所でOpenCycleMapを表示して見ました。
SRTMなので地理院地図より等高線は粗いですが、指摘を受けたルートは確かに谷地の底でした。
地域によりますが海外ではOpenCycleMapが地形把握の参考になるかもしれません。

Spojování relací není problém jen czsk plugin by měl celosvětové využití.
IMHO nějaký ten návod jak na to videem by nebyl marný. Někdo tu dělal tyhle
tutoriály, nevím jestli se tam přímo spojování relaci řešilo.

Se esiste un modo (non se se esiste) per mappare separatamente il
salto in alto, si può al massimo aggiungere mattress=yes a questo.

Almeno a me sembra più interessante mappare il fatto che ci sia la
struttura per il salto in alto piuttosto che il materasso (e presumo
che ormai tutti i salti in alto hanno il materasso, visto che è almeno
dal 1968 che tutti o quasi ce li hanno, altrimenti Fosbury non avrebbe
potuto inventare il suo stile).

la risposta è "ni"
nel senso che dipende da come viene dato l'obbligo di citazione.
Ci sono alcune licenze che sono talmente prolisse che, di fatto,
rendono difficile il riuso.
In questo caso mi viene però da pensare che la cosa più sensata è fare
in modo che si riesca a recuperare la fonte.
Eviterei di mettere "source=Regione Emilia Romagna" in quanto si
appesantisce il tutto.
Meglio aggiungere l'informazione nel changest.
Cosa migliore sarebbe fare un import, seguendo tutte le regole usando
quindi un utente ad hoc.

Aj na Slovensku sme kedysi mali podobné aj staré tagovanie a pred pár rokmi
som to celé preklopil do relácii. Odvtedy to staré už nikto nepoužíval.
Ďalšia hromadná zmena bolo otagovanie celej turistiky pomocou oscm:symbol.
Avšak stále máme aj staré redundantné tagy na reláciach ako colour a symbol.

Mne osobne nepríde nevhodné vytvoriť reláciu ani na 20 metrov. Máme takých
dosť, napríklad odbočky k prameňom.
A spojiť dve relácie nemám problém. V JOSM tak do minúty :-)

Hm, wenn ich den Apache neu starte erhalte ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit
diese Fehlermeldung:

Ich frage mich ja schon warum der Traffic da jetzt plötzlich so zugenommen

Jsem si jisty.

Pridat fixme vsem kct_* je prace na 4x search. Najit vsechna fixme o
turistickych znackach znamena parsovat prirozeny jazyk.

abbiamo la stessa granularità se aggiungiamo il source nel changeset, e si 
evita di possibili dimenticanze (togliere il tag source quando si modifica un 
civico): ogni civico con un source nel ultimo changeset diverso dalla Regione è 
stato modificato.

in un import non va messo il tag source al oggetto singolo, storcerebbe la

[OSRM-talk] web-GUI

Hi,

I'm currently using OSRM for my project and it works very well. My problem is 
to build the web-GUI for OSRM, with Openlayers. So I would be pleased to know 
if there is like a Leaflet Routing Machine for Openlayers. Otherwise how to do 
it easily with ol3, in particular to display the itinerary instructions ?

No to by chtělo. Koukám, že přání od jezevce hnije v Tracu už šest let:

Zřejmě to nikoho z vývojářů a uživatelů příliš netrápí. Můžeš tomu
trošku pomoct, když budeš pro to issue hlasovat.



ve skutecnosti to spis jeste vic rozbili ... kdyz chces spojit dve 
cesty, tak je pomerne logickej predpoklad (vetsinou), ze chces zaroven 
aby obe byly ve vsech relacich. Ted tam vyskakuje ten silenej dialog, 
kterej navic ani tenhle primitivni predklad neumi bydefault vyresit. 
Takze kdyz je tam 10 relaci, tak si pekne zaklipes ...


U relaci osobne vnimam cim dal vetsi problem v tom, ze je vubec beznej 
editor vidi. Ten by vubec nemel tusit ze existujou. Sekundarne potom 
samozrejem to, ze kdokoli cokoli zedituje na webu, tak relace prakticky 
jiste rozbije - prave proto, ze se relace nechovaj jako skrytej 
mechanismus s nejakym BFU like rozhranim.


Pro zajimavost, predelat jednu tramvajovou krizovatku do per kolej 
podoby je klidne na hodinu, predevsim prave kvuli relacim, ktery treba 
resit rucne.




Momentálně mám jiné priority, ale pokud bude potřeba, můžu na to kouknout.

ed ecco che si ha chiara la situazione dei civici.

Ho fatto un controllo a campione sulla zona in cui abito io (che so essere
"problematica" e quindi è ottima per gli stress test) e devo dire che la
georeferenziazione dei civici non è male.

Di contro il dato non è formattato bene come si vorrebbe su OSM...
Vedo ad esempio che le vie hanno solo i cognomi (es.: "Largo Biagi" e non
"Largo Marco Biagi") e i CAP non ci sono.

Per la licenza lascio la risposta a chi se ne intende più di me. =)

[Talk-TW] Trello board for Taiwan OSM community

因為 2016/05 社群工作事項爆發，為了方便協同工作與找到可以幫忙的項目。嘗試開了新的 Trello Board[1][3]
來追蹤工作事項與專案進度。對於自己發想、有需求、已自幹的工作請挖洞丟到代辦事項 (backlog)，讓其他人有機會可以一起參與或加油鼓掌或吐嘲洩氣。

*使用規則*

   1. 請把工作項目盡可能拆解，越小越容易消化越好。最好是能夠在專心一天內可以解決的事項。
   2. 如果有相依性的代辦事項，請列舉在同一個 「工作卡」(Card) 中。
   3. 如果各事項沒有相依性，可以獨立一個 「工作卡」(Card)。
   4. 有人接去做就搬去「In progress 進行中」這個 list。
   5. 依照產出進度，大約兩個月的時間進行一次報告與結案存檔。

*標籤使用方式*

   - 繪圖工作：任何實際關於針對特定區域或匯入或應用改進圖資的工作。
   - 行銷與公共關係：網站、文宣、名片、貼紙、記者訪問、週報、新聞稿等。提供入門型資訊與視覺材料給大眾。
   - 社群經營：任何以擴大社群或增進社群互動為目的的工作，包含並不限於舉辦線上、線下活動，提供討論區等。
   - 基礎建設：任何非關直接編輯地圖或匯入的技術性工作事項，例如便利使用地圖圖資或監視修改的伺服器建設、管理工具等等。
   - 社群工具：配合工人智慧提高效率之軟體工具。
   - 公部門與 NGO：任何出席會議或發文等事項，有很多會議需要事前準備跟事後報告。需要提供專業參考資料與說帖給特定組織。
