[Talk-us] 2484 oneway roads in Philadelphia

While writing a article about how to create a translation file, to use in
Cygnus 
Conflation Engine, I had chosen Philadelphia as a example.

And I have seen that many of the ways that should be added as oneway are
missing in OSM, but are present in the Open Data Portal
After running with Cygnus, I have decided to also see how many of the
oneway street are in the Open Data Portal, that we don`t have in OSM.

And the results were that much more streets that expected are missing in
that city.
In total, Cygnus detected *2484 ways that don`t have the oneway tag added
in OSM*

It`s not my priority now at Telenav to add them, being a side project, but
i`m thinking that if I put the data online, somebody could be interested in
this, they can verify them and add them to the map.

Also, *if you have want to run this in another city, create a translation
file and I can run it for the city that you are interested in. *

I started processing, State by State, the Tiger 2017 dataset, because i get
less errors from overpass this way then if i process in bulk of 10 states.

The first state is Alabama.It took around 5 hours to complete,and it shows
over 20.000 possible ways that are not added in OSM.
The total length of the ways is 5042 km, or 3133 miles.
The xml size is 36Mb, and can be found in this folder.

There are 5 35x35 miles tiles missing from the data.

Be mindful that this is the raw output, and even if Tiger 2017 is better
then older versions, there are still a lot of bad data in Tiger.

I expect more then 50% of the data to not be good for mapping into OSM.
Also, you can filter this data-set and keep just the road with the names,
that could be more important roads compared to the ones that don`t have a
name.

@joe, regarding the dataset for the twin cities, if you can create/provide
a translation file for the shapefile, i can run it and post the results in
the folder.

shapefile, any size, you provide a translation file, and, in the end, you

[OSM-talk] postGIS planet database pgsnapshot dump

Hi all, for over 4 years, my dream is to load the whole planet file via
osmosis and do statistics with it.

After i load it i want to give to the planet some SQL love

and
do some planet wide statistics, instead on running one query for USA, one
for Canada, one for South America, etc etc.

1 Planet, 1 world.

The last time i had tried this i had waited for 7 days for the planet to be
imported before something crashed and burned.

I am sure that somebody already have the full planet file loaded via
osmosis and that it could generate a database dump

This database dump, that will be in the order of 500GB-1TB will be perfect,
because it can be imported.
Then, maybe i have to wait a day or two to generate the indexes.

But i least have the planet in one place.
And i can update the map every week or so.

[OSM-talk] [Feedback] OSM postgis scripts Repository + Qgis Love

Hi guys, i am searching for people that can test the code / project that i
had done, come with suggestion of what can be improved, and how can this
tool help bring OSM in the hands of more people. The licence is AGPLV3+


PostGIS and OpenStreetMap seems to be used more only in Academics or by
people that know a medium or high degree of programming.

I think that we should change that and make more simple the availability of
Postgis as a tool that can help us visualize information's from the OSM
database much faster.

Also this will allow for a standardized way of writing and sharing Postgis
queries that allows anybody to analyze everything that is in OSM, even if
you need just a city, a country, a complete continent.

This will allow the possibility or reusing the code.

This Github Repo

Is really hard at the moment to load a osm.pbf file into Postgis Once you
have a osm.pbf file into PostGis, it`s hard to process the data, load the
data into Qgis for visual oversight,etc

If we are using the same code structure and respecting the same standards,
then we can also create and share Qgis Styles that can be re-used,
simplifying the process needed by experts of amateurs to load and visualize
OpenStreetMap data in QGIS, other GIS application that can load Postgis
data.

Because we are using the same scripts, you can create a Qgis Style that you
can share it here on this Github, so that other people can fork your work
and create other things based on your work.

When i have time, i also add the ways in the parking lots, mostly because i
know that here at telenav it`s generating a lot of false positive missing
roads, that are in fact parking ways.
The algorithm can filter somehow between missing roads and parking lots,
based on the speed, but better, if i can map it, i tend to add the info. If
not at least to do the square to represent the area.

[OSM-talk] opening_hours for turn restriction

Hello, i have a question, how do you tag the opening hours for a turn
restriction that is activated only during a certain time of day or week.
Also, do you have an idea what software is using this attributies ?

My fear is that i will add a restriction, and all of the apps that does not
parse the opening hours will use this as a default , and will make this
restriction permanent, producing maybe more damage then not adding the
restriction at all

[OSM-talk] open question about boundaries sharing nodes with ways or nodes

It is interesting the things that you discover when trying to do the import
of a whole county, in this case, Mexico

Our task is to delete all the existing admin_level=6 boundaries and start
fresh, but this seems much more things needs to happen before you do this.

There are over 500 nodes or ways that share a common node or follow the
same path with the old boundaries that we want to remove, so we can add the
new boundaries. One interesting topic had have sprung up is this, what are
the procedures for dealing with boundaries that run along a road, waterway.

A query that we had build to detect this kind of shared nodes and ways

You can adapt the script and share your results, to see if there are other
examples that can be included here

Now it has come up a question, what happens for example with cases like
this.

A way that is two things simultaneously, for example a highway and a
boundary at the same time. There are some cases like these in the state of
Michoacan and I can't just de-glue the bad nodes because the way  itself
seems to be two things at the same time.  This is the issue in question,
your query identified the following two nodes:

Nodes 1856092007

and 1856092002

, which limit the following  way

between such nodes.
This way is a highway and at the same time is part of the relation of a
boundary. This seems invalid since it merges two types of features on the
same way instead of keeping a logical separation between two different
things. Is this a valid way? What if the highway is modified ? since the
highway is not a legal boundary and just happens to overlap the real
boundary, so if the highway  is changed for any reason, it will modify the
boundary along with it. So what's the valid thing to do here? Duplicate the
way to save the highway way and keep a way for the boundary separated?,
I've found similar questions

by other users and they indicate it isn't valid but I need a more official
argument because the user is upset if we remove this kind of ways from
relations

[OSM-talk] Somebody should offer planet file postgis dump files

Now, to import the planet it will take around 6-20 days with osmosis

Other tools behave in the same way ...

What i think it is missing, is a monthly postgis dump of the planet. Or
weekly, whatever

To have loaded in postgis the whole planet, and once a week/day/hour/minute
( what works best ) to apply just the changefiles

The dump to be as concise as possible, having just the bare necessities,
without the index, etc

In this way, people that are interested in doing some statistics out of OSM
can do it in a simple way, without spending 1-2 weeks only downloading the
29 osm.pbf file, waiting 6 days for osmosis to load the file, if it will
not crush, , having 1500 GB to do that, just to revert back to 200-700 GB

I cannot say how much it will take the database, because i was never able
to load the entire planet, all the time i had to revert to filtering,
clipping, calculate for each separate continent, amenity or type of POI,
and then combine it all back.

A dump of a planet file would make the osm data more accessible to
scientist, researchers and the general osm community

I would be able to try and find a server where the planet file would lay ,
with the osmosis script that would update the script and the psql script
that will generate once per month a dump file for the whole planet, if
somebody can help me create such a setup, if possible

[Talk-ro] Adrese Ramnicu Valcea - import manual

Am obtinut de la Ramnic cu Valcea lista cu toate adresele pe care le au ei,
nu contin si strazile , ca si informatie directa, dar se poate deduce de pe
harta.

Voiam sa intreb daca vreti sa le importam, si daca da, cine ar dori sa se
ocupe de acest lucru ?

 The simple answer is nothing at all happens because OSM will be

 It has never happened as far as I am aware, but if we were contacted by

 Foarte tare ideea, mi-ar plăcea să ajut la proiect. Din păcate pot să fac
 asta doar online. Dacă organizezi o listă de discuții, sau grup de lucru,

  Acum trebuie sa vin cu o propunere tehnica. Eu ce as vrea este momentam
 imposibil, deci trebuie gasita o solutie.
 
  Eu am propus ca sa facem o instanta a serverului OSM locala, iar
 primaria sa adauge datele in JOSM, fiind cel mai user friendly editor
  Iar pentru vizualizarea datelor, analiza de date, etc sa fie folosit QGIS
 
  Idee este ca momentan de fiecare data cand vrei sa vezi datele, trebuie
 sa descarci fisierul OSM,sa il convertesti, etc.
 
  Ma gandesc ca se poate face o implementare gen geofabrik care sa ruleze
 pe serverul lor o data la 6 ore, care salveaza SHP-uri cu diverse layer-ere.
 
  Ca si baza de date, ma gandesc cumva la un PostGis, pentru ca este
 nevoie de o solutie tehnica, unde sa fie nevoie de o parola, etc.
 
  Asta este doar pe scurt, lansez aici provocarea, fiindcă consider un pas
 foarte bun.
  Prin acesta colaborare o sa obtinem mai multe seturi de date de la
 primarie si o sa fie un super bun prim pas spre deschiderea datelor altor
 primarii, care vor putea sa intelegeaga mai bine ce inseamna tool-uri open

[OSM-talk] There is a working map for people with Visual Impairment ?

I want to apply in Romania for a Grant , for helping blind or visual
impaired persons with the help of OSM.

But i cannot find a single working example. I found only theoretical
approaches in German language.
I tried Lalm but i cannot get it started.

Acum ca s-au terminat sarbatorile, ar trebui sa reluam discutia despre
asociatie.

Am primit un super cadou de la OSM Franta, 2 harti printate A0, una cu
Romania, si una de detaliu cu zona de munte predeal,sinaia. O sa incerc

 Mi se pare util din mai multe puncte de vedere, ieri la workshopul Geoidea
 despre date deschise a fost prezent si domnul Constantin Ene, de la ANCPI

 Unde am discutat despre posibilitatea de a deschide setul de date pe care
 il au ei, si anume numerele strazilor.

 ANCPI are in prezent peste 6.000.000 de numere de strazi, dar care, dupa
 spusele dansului, nu sunt actualizate sau adaugate cel mai corect.
 I-am explicat avantajele de a deschide setul de date, si cum ar putea sa
 beneficieze ANCPI din ajutorul pe care comunitatea OSM l-ar putea oferi,
 care ar putea sa valideze in teren corectitudinea datelor.

 Daca ANCPI ar vrea sa semneze vreun acord de parteneriat sau ceva, in
 momentul de fata putem face acest lucru doar prin coalitia pentru date
 deschise sau alt ONG care ar putea actiona ca un intermediar. Daca am avea
 ONG am putea rezolva mai usor astfel de viitoare parteneriate, colaborari,
 cum zicea si Dragos in mail.

 Apopo de statut, anul acesta 3 instituții publice au fost nominalizate la
 premile OGP pentru transparenta, pentru PUG-urile oferite comunități
 OpenStreetMap

 In data de 21-22 noiembrie a avut loc workshopul OSM la Brasov, OSM
 between cloud and government, care pe langa aspectele tehnice si juridice
 abordate, a ridicat (din nou) intrebarea Pe cand o organizatie OSM cu acte
 in regula si in Romania?. Aceasta intrebare a fost desigur catalizata si
 de prezentarile domnului Marek Strassenburg-Kleciak, invitat special al
 workshop-ului, fondator al OSM Polonia. (

 Workshop-ul entuziastilor OSM a fost organizat (doar) de sponsori,
 Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov si Elektrobit Automotive Romania SRL

 persoana juridica nu exista, deocamdata daca mi se permite comparatia,
 OSM Romania e un fel de Mos Craciun, nu exista dar isi face simtita
 prezenta an de an.

 Ideea aceasta nu este noua, s-a mai discutat intre noi, urmele discutiei
 au ramas pe wiki ( http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/LocalChapterRomania
 ), contributiile mele la discutie sunt acolo, dar necesitatea unei persoane
 juridice nu a fost stringente, asa ca deocamdata acesta este stadiul la

 De ce cred ca ar trebui sa reluam demersurile pentru a infiinta persoana

 aibe si o harta pe site, daca ne ofera aceste date, a facut solicitate

 si trimis. Fisierul contine undeva la vreo 12000 de cladiri si inca vreo
 16000 de anexe

 Din pacate nu are si numerele strazilor.

I am planning to use Field Papers for adding Cluj Napoca on the Map, as
part of the European Capital of Youth 2015

I have only one issue, that when i download the PDF, i don`t get the
numbering, A1,B1,C1,D1,E1,A2,B2 etc

[OSM-talk] Import a list of atributes when you only know the osm_id

I got a list of 1400 buildings from the local authorities, with the
buildings name , start_Date , buildings:flats  and the numbers of floors

Using Qgis i was able to Join the osm database with this database, by
joining the building name

And i now have a list of around 600 buildings, that have the osm_id tag

My question is, how can i bulk add the 3 variables into osm , by having the
osm_id

I have them exported as a CSV with the 4 columns , osm_id, start_date,
buildings:flats and number of floors

 I think this question would be better suited for the tagging-ML.
 You could use a generic subtag like sells=cigarette_papers or
 sells=cigarette_tobacco. The sells key is not really established btw.
 Another option is sells:tobacco=yes etc. (to avoid multi-value-tags),
 there are 2 (two) uses of this currently:

I will start with my dilemma for RYO cigarette

actual tag are not solving the dilemma.

In Romania, almost 99 % of people smoke normal cigarette.
In Bucharest, the capital, where around 2 million people live, there are
more people that smoke RYO cigarette. Not that much, but more persons
smoke.

But the dilemma comes like this.

Sometimes we have tabacco shops that sell just RYO cigarette, meaning
tabacco, rolling papers, and filters. Without usual cigarettes

Or the most common thing where we have cigarette plus :

   - Sometimes we have a kiosk, or a supermarket that sell RYO cigarette,
   meaning tabacco that you use for RYO cigarette, rolling papers, and filters.
   - But sometimes we have a kiosk, or a supermarket that sell just rolling
   papers, and filters.
   - And sometimes we have a kiosk, or a supermarket that sell just tabacco
   that you use for RYO cigarette

Se poate fsce asa ceva in QGIS ?

Ma gandesc la o struta camila in care sa fac fiecare grid sa aibe un
nume,A1,A2,A3 si apoi facut un script care sa treaca manual prin fiecare
grid, un fel de Spatial Query dar gandit ca sa faca separat pentru fiecare
patratel.

Si apoi sa faca o lista cu fiecare patratel ce strazi are incluse.

Sau mai simplu, sa faca query la fiecare strada si sa spuna in interiorul
carui patrat sau patrate se afle.

Harta liberă a Bucureștiului a crescut semnificativ, weekendul trecut,
datorită unui grup de voluntari pasionați de tehnologia OpenStreetMap.

Primul „OpenStreetMap Mapping Party” din București a strâns laolaltă circa
15 împătimiți ai aplicației ce permite dezvoltarea celei mai dinamice hărți
digitale a lumii.

Evenimentul, care s-a desfășurat pe parcursul a două zile la sediul
ActiveWatch din București, a avut un real succes. Participanții au
socializat, s-au distrat, au mers pe teren, au descoperit locuri
extraordinare și neștiute din orașul lor, iar seara le-au marcat pe harta
OpenStreetMap a Capitalei.

„Am constatat un real interes față de această tehnologie și cred că din ce
în ce mai multă lume se va folosi și va contribui la dezvoltarea hărții
Bucureștiului pe această platformă. La finalul primei ediții din București,
pot spune că sunt foarte fericit că lumea este interesată de OpenStreetMap
și doresc să realizeze o hartă a Capitalei poate la fel de completă ca în
Germania”, a declarat organizatorul primei ediții din București, Florin
Bădiță.

Proiectul global de cartografiere colaborativ a înregistrat cea mai rapidă
creștere a numărului de utilizatori, având peste 1.500.000 de contribuabili
înregistrați în întreaga lume.

În România, comunitățile OpenStreetMap sunt în continuă dezvoltare, însă în
anumite țări, precum Germania, informațiile OpenStreetMap le-au depășit
numeric pe cele ale Google.

„Sincer, am venit din curiozitate, nu prea am înțeles de la început despre
ce e vorba și am vrut să mă lămuresc. Mi-a plăcut să merg pe teren, să văd
multe locuri interesante de care nu aveam habar că există în împrejurimi și
apoi să le adaug chiar eu pe o hartă de care se vor folosi mulți oameni. E
un fel de Wikipedia, doar că e hartă. Și e foarte practică și actualizată.
O recomand cu drag. Sper ca la ediția a doua să se strângă cel puțin 100 de
oameni la fel de fascinați de hărți”, a spus Raluca Cojocaru, participantă
la eveniment.

OpenStreetMap (prescurtat OSM) este un proiect colectiv, în regim open
source, ce are ca scop construirea unei baze de date geografice globale cum
ar fi atlasele rutiere, folosind atât date introduse manual, având ca
fundal imagini spațiale, cât și date colectate de pe dispozitive GPS.

Mai exact, pe OpenStreetMap ai ocazia să cauți o anumită stradă, să găsești
marcat pe ea toate punctele de interes, precum farmacii, bănci, magazine,
hoteluri, sedii ale unor instituții, și chiar ghene de reciclat sau locuri
unde găsești apă potabilă. La fiecare punct de interes găsești, după caz,
programul de funcționare sau alte detalii importante.

Locatia urmeaza sa fie anuntat miercuri.


Este prima ediție pentru orașul nostru, dar genul acesta de manifestări se
organizează în foarte multe țări sub numele de ”mapping party”. Invitația
la aceste ”petreceri” este deschisă oricărei persoane ce deține un aparat
GPS sau un smartphone și celor ce au puțin timp liber și doresc să
contribuie la dezvoltarea acestui proiect.
Mai mult de 1.500.000 de contribuabili sunt înregistrați în întreaga lume.

Există deja unele ţări (de exemplu, Germania), în care bogăţia
informaţiilor OpenStreetMap a depăşit, deja, pe cea a celorlaţi concurenţi
comerciali precum Google.

În prezent, în România, datele existente acoperă toată rețeaua de drumuri
europene care traversează România și o mare parte a drumurilor naționale
ajungând la o acoperire de aprox. 90% din aceste drumuri.


Ce este OpenStreetMap?

OpenStreetMap (prescurtat OSM) este un proiect colectiv, în regim open
source, ce are ca scop construirea unei baze de date geografice globale cum
ar fi atlasele rutiere, folosind atât date introduse manual, având ca
fundal imagini spațiale, cât și date colectate de pe dispozitive GPS.
Proiectul a fost demarat datorită faptului că, cele mai multe hărţi
considerate disponibile, au de fapt restricţii legale sau tehnice cu
privire la utilizarea lor, fapt ce împiedică folosirea lor într-un mod
creativ, productiv, sau neaşteptat.

Ce înseamnă ”open source” (date deschise)?

Datele deschise sunt date publicate sub o licență liberă și într-un format
deschis, care permit folosirea lor legală în alte proiecte (redistribuirea)
și „recombinarea” (reutilizarea) pentru a produce noi informații.
Scopul comunităților implicate în acest proiect este de-a oferii publicului
propriul său set de hărți, fără erori și detalii necompletate. Informația
geografică este una singură, aparține tuturor și toți trebuie să avem
dreptul să contribuim liber la perfecționarea hărților pe care le folosim.

Recent mi-am facut un feed pe ifttt.com ca sa ma anunte in fiecare zi, daca
un nou utilizator Openstreetmap incepe sa adauge date in Bucuresti sau pe
langa Bucuresti.

[Talk-ro] Prezentare OpenStreetMap pentru Autoriitatiile locale.

Cine ne poate ajuta cu o prezentare despre OpenStreetMap pentru
Autoritatiile locale.

Am facut in ultima luna 90 de solicitari la diverse primarii din Romania,
pentru a solicita Planul Urbanistic General in format electronic, vectorial
( fisier autocat ).

Primaria Cernavoda nu are momentan un PUG in format electronic, dar are
planul cadastal care contine amprenta cladirilor,  numerele postale, etc

Am vorbit cu persoana responsabila de la patrimoniu, si a zis sa revin cu o
cerere pe mail in care sa explic ce dorim sa facem si cum acest lucru este
in interestul public, pentru a convinge consilieri locali despre beneficiul
public pe care il vor face, daca ne ofera planul cadastral, pentru a
importa numerele postale, amprenta cladirilor.

Scopul este sa aratam autoritatiilor locale cum oferirea planul cadastral
al orasului sau PUG-ul orasului este un lucru de interes public.

 544/2001 pentru PUG, PUZ si PUD-urile lor.

 Am primit pana acum un dwg de la primaria Sannicolau mare pe care l-am
 convertit ( mersi Dragos Ciortin pentru ajutor )

 Problema este ca fiecare parcela este formata din lini, iar in
 OpenStreetMap eu doresc sa le adaug ca si poligon.

 Exista vreun instrument sau se poate face ceva automat sa detecteze
 limitele fiecarui poligon.

 Nu stiu, sa le convertesc in raster si apoi sa vectorizez din ele, sau
 ceva ?

Multumesc mult utilizatorului Veronica care m-a ajutat cu o conversie in
ArcGis, care s-a descurcat impecabil.

Am gasit pana la urma si o varianta OpenSource, dar din cauza ca multe lini
nu sunt legate pana la capat ( cam 40 % , sunt duse chiar pe linie, dar nu
sunt unite ) multe dintre ele nu le-a luat si acum incepusem sa fac o
varianta semi-manuala de unit mai intai linile si apoi sa mai folosesc inca
o data

Plugin-ul polygonizer merge doar pe versiunea 1.8 Qgis, nu exista momentan
pentru versiunea Qgis 2.0

Cu Qgis 1.8 am impartit fisierul in 4 zone ( Cand am incercat sa dau
Polygonizer la tot fisierul a crapat Qgis ( 2.4 ghz, 2 gb ram, 32 de biti ,
windows 7)

A reusit sa creeze undeva la 1400 de poligoane.

Folosind arggis a generat 2820 de poligoane.

fost adaugati in anul 2013
231,991 - Numarul de cladiri existente in OpenStreetMap. 47 % din ele fiind
adaugate in anul 2013

[Talk-ro] Realizare ortofotoplanuri folosind o drona

[Badita Florin]

Cei de la Mapbox au folosit cu succes o drona pentru a realiza
ortofotoplanuri.

Am nevoie sa realizez niste ortofotoplanuri pe care sa le georeferentiez ca
mai apoi sa pot sa fac un server tilemill dupa care sa fac tracing dupa
imagini in Josm sau ID ( editoare pentru OpenStreetMap )

Aveti idee cine are o drona si ar putea sa ma ajute sa fac asa ceva. Precum
si ce necesita, din punct de vedere tehnologic.

Ce costuri implica ? Pentru inchiriere drona ?

Sau pentru a cumpara cea mai ieftina drona care poate sa realizeze acest
lucru. ( fiind mai sustenabil atat timp cat se poate refolosi drona de mai
multe ori si am putea sa cartografiem cat mai multe comunității care pot sa
fie adaugate in OpenStreetMap  )

[Talk-ro] Statistici sate in functie de inaltime

Vreau sa aflu cate sate sunt intre 400 si 500 de metri. De fapt vreau sa
aflu populatia pe curba de nivel, dar asta o voi face simplu folosind OSM
si QGIS dupa ce izolez satele in functie de inaltime

Aveti idee cum as putea sa fac acest lucru ?

http://osm.stilpu.org/daily-odbl/ functioneaza iarasi perfect, iar pentru
acesta doresc sa le multumesc celor care se ocupa de el, si ofera acest
lucru frumos.

Dar eu am o intrebare mai de noob. Cum fac din osm.pbf un format acceptabil
ca sa il incerc in Qgis, sa pot sa ma joc cu datele.

As folosi direct extrasul shp de la geofabrik, dar acela nu este complet,
lipsesc POi-uri, iar din mailul pe care l-am dat au zis ca pt extrasul
complet trebuie sa platesc.

Ceea ce nu ma avantajeaza, eu vreau doar sa ma joc cu datele, sa mai fac
niste statistici, cati kilometrii au fost adaugati intr-o luna de zile,
niste reprezentari vizuale,etc :)

  O sa am un video-proiector deci o sa pot sa le arat si formal, un ppt,
  etc.
 
  Ma gandesc sa le spun de comunitati specializate, cum este pentru cei cu
  mobilitate redusa, sau pentru biciclisti http://www.opencyclemap.org/

 Va salut,

Voi incerca sa fiu prezent si eu, iar daca este posibil sa vorbim si
 despre transporturban.ro, care va utiliza harti custom (utilizand date
 OSM)
 cat de curand, precum si despre metoda noastra de mapare a retelelor de
 transport (ultima retea mapata: constanta).

Deasemenea, putem vorbi apoi in private cum poate beneficia OSM de pe
 urma datelor noastre despre retelele de transport.

In cadru editiei  http://incubator107.com din septembrie 2012 o sa fac o
prezentare de 30 de minute despre OSM.

O sa fie pe 1 septembrie, cand fiecare are sansa ca in 30 de minute sa
prezinte despre ce o sa fie atelierul lor.

De exemplu se tot plang despre niste borne

Sunt mai multe postari. Banuiesc ca am putea face un import in OSM ceva cu
toate bornele din romania, o scurta aplicatie ca ei sa poate sa caute pe
mobil / gps doar bornele . Un filtru ceva.
