What standard macros are you referring to? If you're talking about the templates in the macro repository, any recursive template will not work in the current version. However, soon after the first beta with the new engine came out, the recursive templates were updated on this list. I know Marck has been thinking about how to incorporate the new templates into the repository. I put it in my TBBETA message and the closing bracket *wasn't* part of the URL anymore; I had to copy over the complete paragraph.
