Re: IMAP Folders Vanishing
Dear Jonathan, JA Working with TB 2.00.1 (or .6 if you believe the about box). IMAP is JA provided by courier-imap over a TLS connection. Hmmm. I guess TLS is the keyword here :-( We've discovered a bug with TLS connections on IMAP and now are working on it... -- Read you later Stefan Keep the CPU virgin, do not remove HIMEM.SYS pgp0.pgp Description: PGP signature Current beta is 2.00.06 | Using TBBETA information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Re: Can't change the subject? -changed the subject -and so did I!
Hello Richard, Saturday, September 6, 2003, 10:55 GMT -0400: Awash in controversy, Richard M. Newman [RMN] proclaimed: RMN I have exactly the same problem with 2.00 %SUBJECT I seem to remember the suggestion that one should use the SetHeader macro. I could be wrong, but it should be something like: %SetHeader(Subject, new subject) RMN Plus some other standard macros that no longer work. No one RMN else seemed to care! What standard macros are you referring to? If you're talking about the templates in the macro repository, any recursive template will not work in the current version. However, soon after the first beta with the new engine came out, the recursive templates were updated on this list. I know Marck has been thinking about how to incorporate the new templates into the repository. I think he's basically decided how it should look, now the only questions I see are: when it will happen and how much help he needs to do it all. -- Thanks for writing, Januk Aggarwal Current beta is 2.00.06 | Using TBBETA information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Re: URLs not parsed correctly
Hello Thomas! On Monday, September 8, 2003 at 7:45:22 AM you wrote: Here in the editor, none of the parenthesis are highlighted. I went back to Dierk's original message, and the ) is highlighted. And here it begins to get strange. The text part including the URL was copied over from a message I received by the editor (person this time) of the Imaging Resource newsletter after I complained that I cannot get to the references they made. As a side note, I didn't see the ominous closing bracket in my browser because my address field is very short. I tried it again and got the same error page, I looked into the message and used TB's context menu to copy the URL, resulting in the same error. After that I saw the highlighted bracket, marked the URL manually and copied it. Everything worked fine. Now, when I wrote the message to TBBETA I marked the complete URL including both brackets. I put it in my TBBETA message and the closing bracket *wasn't* part of the URL anymore; I had to copy over the complete paragraph. Any ideas? -- Dierk Haasis The Bat 2.00 on Windows XP 5.1 2600Service Pack 1 Wer sich nicht verbiegen läßt, zerbricht!
