Magic. The disappearing Bat
Hello Tbbeta, This version of TB! is really starting to annoy me. This was happening with previous versions, but I can not tell you when it started. When I move from one message to another (using CTRL + ) TB! disappears, in one of the quickest shutdowns possible (AKA crash). It was present in the first public release and it is still here. The 'normal' practice of switching it off and on again goes not apperar to help. I will not be on line for about a week so if any one requests info I will not be able to get back to you quickly. -- Best regards, David mailto:da...@elliott.uk.com running TB! ver 5.0.9.3 (BETA) on Windows 7 6.1.7600 Current beta is 5.0.9.4 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hello David, hello List! * David Elliott wrote '[1]: When I move from one message to another (using CTRL + ) TB! disappears, in one of the quickest shutdowns possible (AKA crash). This happens here when I am deleting several messages in a virtual folder for unread messages from almost all accounts (around 40). But not always. Mostly at the first start of a day. Re: 5.0.9.4
Hello Maxim, [-] (#0008582) EML/MSG/VCF association erro under WinXP when saving Preferences dialog Does this fix only refer to admin users on XP or to restricted users as well? I hate to be that guy, but I still see this error message and I'm working as a restricted user on XP SP3. I observe the following: 1) I open Preferences and click on any of the categories on the left hand side of the dialog _except_ Applications. I don't make any changes to any setting. Just click on the categories. Closing Preferences via OK-button works. 2) I open Preferences and click on any of the categories on the left hand side of the dialog _including_ Applications. I don't make any changes to any setting. Just click on the categories. Closing Preferences via OK-button closes this dialog but gives the error message. When I'm Admin, I can do everything written above without any error message at the end.
