Hello Maxim,

MM [*] A note was added in Shortcut Editor dialog that only one
MM shortcut per item is supported (Toolbat2000 limitation)

I don't quite understand what you mean by that.
Example:
To create a new message you can use F5 or Ctrl + N. Both are working. I
added a third Shortcut via Customizer (Main Form / Main Menu / Message /
New) Shift + Ctrl + N and it's working, too.
Did I misunderstand something?

Forwarding multiple messages to one address

2012-11-11 Thread Rick
When I forward multiple messages and browse to a group, all members of that
group are added to the TO: line. Could we get the possibility of having BCC:?
(and perhaps CC:)

Thanks

You can make a forward template if copypasting to BCC is so much of a
problem.

Something like:
%BCC=%TO%TO=

Line continuation in templates doesn't work

2012-11-11 Thread Ivan Pozdeev
Hello tbbeta,

The macros help section says the a dash character at the end of a line
makes TB ignore the line break (so you don't have to put multiple
macro assignments all on the same line). However, I had no success
in using it - it adds the dash character and the unwanted line
break instead.

The (reply) template I tried is this:
%TO=-
%TO=%OFROMNAME %OTOADDR-
%Quotes
%Cursor

Can anyone confirm?

Try %- and not just -

Like any other macro, it must have the % as first character.

Ok but I would only want to use it sending several messages at once, not at
other times
Please look at the form that comes up when you want to send a message and click
any one of the TO: / CC: / BCC: labels. I think they should use a similar
setup showing all 3 options when you forward several messages

Then I don't understand what you're missing or trying to do. When you forward a message,
you get the usual message composition dialog with editable header fields.
In the "active" one, there appear buttons to the right (To: is "active" at the start):

Pressing the address book button in TO, CC or BCC invokes a "pick e-mail addresses" dialog which has tabs for all three of them in the right pane:

Precisely! Now highlight and forward several messages at once. WHen you click
browse to pick the recipients, there is only the TO: part, not the CC or BCC.
Try it and you will see what I mean. I believe it should be changed to match
the graphics you included

Ok, I see what you mean now. But in my case, the dialog has all three tabs
regardless!

So, it's time to ask for confirmations, I guess!
