That wouldn't be a fix but a workaround. ;-)

However, it appears to be fixed in the 64bit version.

On my side, latest beta has fixed the issue (OTFE enabled).

I set in top toolbar Customize - Options on "Default"

After every startup the toolbar is messed up. "Reply to All" has text,
other icons none.

Since v9.0 The Bat! uses the userdef.xml file (userdef.xme under OTFE) to store
the interface settings. The tbuser.def file is no longer used.

We are unable to replicate under OTFE the issue you are experiencing. Please
records a video of your actions, maybe there is a scenario we haven't thought
of. Furthermore, please use the /DECRYPT_FILE_OTFE command line parameter to
decrypt the file userdef.xme and send us the decrypted file for analysis.
