I do think it's TB's issue (not a problem). If I take the tickmark off [ ]
Display HTML-related, I do not have an icon for the HTML part, and that is
consistent. I have only the tab, and clicking on the tab has no effect (unless
I want to switch between tabs).

Anyway, Alexander already gave me the correct tip how to switch this in TB. All
is fine; I would only have expected the tickmark to be set by default to ensure
conistent behaviour between the versions. My suggestion is to set it ticked by
default in the release version so as to not confuse useers who are upgrading.

Re: 9.3.4.16 Broken Signature with GnuPG

2021-06-18 Thread Gwen
Hello Stefan,

The command line call by batch file to extenal GnuPG always can cause issues.

Why is not GPGME lib used for encryption/decryption/signing/verifying
as proposed by GnuPG devs?

Can you tell why?

If you have the attachment pane visible, double-click the Message.html visible
there, which should open the message in your browser. Check if the URLs work
there – if they don't, it's not TB's problem; if they do, right-click the URL
(in the browser), choose Inspect (or Developer tools → Inspect), and copy a few
lines around the URL and paste them in the message (and of course remove any
private information).

Please support https://bt.ritlabs.com/view.php?id=2131

I'll play more with it to see when or why not I can use ctrl-Z.

No, it wasn't. It is fine now, thanks. I wasn't aware of the new option.

I see gibberish in one mail, in the other I see the HTML code. Anyway, I am
glad to know that you have already identified the bug in the HTML viewer.

You do know that I cannot instruct the senders of emails how to program their
HTML editor, right? So TB!'s HTML viewer must recognise the URLs, very much
like the plaintext viewer does.

Since you have already confirmed the bug, do I still need to send a bugreport
to the bugtracker?

The first two lines are strange!

I use GnuPG 2.2.28 from GPG4Win 3.1.16 on German Windwos 10 21H1

Confirms?

Bug in The Bat! or GnuPG 2.2.28?
