I installed this version with no problem on two machines running XP Pro Service Pack 3. I'll done some attachment test, mail test and receive tests with no problem. After installing the 13 I've got at start that AV. Rebootet and started again and got again AV. In other words, perhaps those running TB with OTFE have the issue, and those running TB without OTFE do not have it.
