What about unchecking in Preferences-System-When logging events use system alarm

(I've found it accidentally)

DH And where would I find it then?

DH You see, I didn't follow your effort to develop BayesIT!, mainly

I'll report here when it will be ready...

Anti-Spam plug-ins

2003-06-06 Thread Dierk Haasis
Hello TBBETA Members!

With the new possibility to mark messages as junk or explicitly
exclude posts from being rendered such, the only question that I
  have is:

Where to get such a plug-in?

In the vain hope it is just a quick install and easy use.

Hello Dierk

Dierk As I understood BayesIt is a big step forward for me.
It was for me too. There are a few implementation issues on TB! side
(like failure to delete messages off the server when a SPAM filter
tells it too, and an irritating DING! on filtering spam), but its fine
on the whole.

Hallo Graham,

There are a few implementation issues on TB! side
(like failure to delete messages off the server when a SPAM filter
tells it too, and an irritating DING! on filtering spam)

The irritating DING! seems to be new since beta9. Beta8 didn't do it, I think.
My sound notification comes from a filter though, not from account settings.

Bye,
  Michael
