Yes, it would be more user friendly if it took the general user straight to a reporting page. If Ritlabs want to keep the reports from general users separated from those from Beta testers then the report form could include a place for Beta testers to give their tester password. I'm not sure whether many testers would use the facility as I imagine most of us have some other method for quick access to the Mantis website. Hi Maxim, I have just noticed that the item Help/Feedback/Bug report (English) calls the website item Help/Feedback/Information request (English) It would be very convenient for us Beta testers if the Bug report item actually worked. It would be very convenient for us Beta testers if the Bug report item actually worked. Is there any chance that this 'Bug' could be attended to soon? We report a lot more issues than regular users and need to be extra cautious to avoid duplicates.
