Hello Marten, The fact that you have taken a 'closer look' doesn't mean you know or understand what you are looking at. The fact that they have not fixed your bug It's not my bug! What do you mean? No, you didn't open it. But on 29-Nov-2005 you added your _third_ note to it, which says: ,- [ ] | Who decided priority was 'Normal' for this. It's a major breakage - it | worked before, I have template set up which I cannot use. | | In fact I would have expected this to be sorted already by now. | | Progress report from someone please! | | Thus should not wait for the next release - it worked, I made extensive | use of it now it's broken so I'm forced back to a version that doesn't | work for another reason. Fit for purpose for which sold? Not at the | moment! `- And that bug hasn't been open for even one month yet. It was only 10 days old when you added your nice note quoted above. Hello Peter, I am trying to find out a simple thing, how to make a keyboard shortcut for: MARK ALL MESSAGES READ in a folder. If I cannot make a keyboard shortcut, I wouldn't mind to make an icon on the toolbar. If you have focus on the folder tree, then there is already a shortcut, Ctrl+M. Just right click on any folder and you will see it in the context menu that pops up. Now, if you want to assign a shortcut to the main menu entry 'Folder/Mark all Messages as Read', then do this: - Open Customiser - On the 'Select Container' top window, click on the down arrow at the right end and the select 'Main menu (menu bar)' and it will be displayed in the 'Current items' window on the right. - Select 'Folder' and double click on it (or click on the +) to expand it. - Now select 'Mark al Messages as Read'. - As it has no shortcut assigned, nothing will be displayed in the 'Shortcuts' window on the lower right. - On the little window beneath, it should say 'None' (I'm translating from Spanish here). Place you cursor inside this window. - Now type your desired shortcut. The actual key combination you want, not the key names. - Then click on the Assign button and then OK. That should do it and you should be able to see your shortcut when you display the Folder menu. -- Best regards, Please support the wish for a 'Draft' folder at: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=5441 Miguel A. Find the batskin.xml file in the root directory of The Bat!. On my system that is C:\Program Files\The Bat! Open this file with an editor such as notepad. Change the width and height of the icons you want to edit to a different size. I have changed mine to 16x16 but experiment with what size you think is the best. If you can not find batskin.xml respond back and I can e-mail you the file or insert the text in an e-mail message and you can cut and paste the info into your own file. -- Thanks, Terry Using the Bat! 3.62.14 under Windows XP Service Pack 2 2600 Current version is 3.62.14 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
