Dear tracer, --- tracer / Montag 20.04.2009, 07:57:52 Restore from backup EC Any help? If you know a text or so which is guaranteed somewhere do a search over all the msgs and select ONE line where you select what to search for. Keep it simple so that if its somewhere you will find in. Then check where its sitting if you find it... Note you can also select 'last week' and *.* for the file name so you find anything saved in the last week... You should know what will give a bulls-eye! If you still have the backup file you likely have to do the restore again. Doesnt matter anyway if do it more then once as you would get duplicated email and you can get rid of those I've done this to no avail. In my v4.0.38 it asks first for the file, then the account and here it goes. It restores that whole account without asking which folder. But, it does not overwrite what has being added after the backup. BTW, the problem was as follows. I had moved some Folders to another location. In the Filter I renamed those old folder names to something different but forgot to do so with the folders itself. I guess when I applied the filter those folders where created but did not show (strangely) in the account. Looking with Explorer revealed the folders where there with all the mails in it. But now all is fine. Thanks. -- liebe Grüsse www.EddieCastelli.com Eddie :ec: on Tour Current version is 4.1.11 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Can I make folder creation default to NOT show unread messages in Mail Ticker?
Hello all, There's something that has been a minor, nagging irritation for me for some time now. Is there any way at all to make a newly created folder default to not show its unread messages in the mail ticker? I use the mail ticker very sparingly to let me know when an email arrives that I really want to know about as soon as possible. I create common folders with a filter to receive filtered messages by the person, and it is annoying to have to manually uncheck the 'Show unread messages in Mail Ticker ... ' box. Sig lines
Hi all - I see a few of you have managed to make your sig lines visible, and I would very much like to know how this is done. I have been through everything I can find, but as soon as I hit the space at the end of the --, zip, everything becomes too light to be read by human eyes.
