HTML adding an additional user
Please help, I need to add a couple users, how can this be done? ALSO, I cannot view HTML coding like I can on my other mail programs, is something set wrong? I have been through every setting to find these, no luck. By the way, the reason I was not receiving mail was because my SMTP was set wrong, I called my service provider and BOOM, fixed. NOT ABLE TO SEND E MAIL!
Hello The Bat! developers, I'm using The Bat! Version 1.36 under Windows 98 4.10 Build 1998 and would like to report a bug The bug description: My problem is I cannot receive mail from outside clients! I can e mail myself from the bat to the bat! You are saying that if you send an e-mail to yourself using TB, then TB will receive this message? YES! But I cannot e mail or reply to anyone else. But I cannot receive mail from anyone else outside of the bat! to the BAT! I still goes to Eudora PRO. I even tried to send from Eudora Pro to the bat!, still no dice. People don't send e-mail from and to e-mail programs. I assume you mean that you can send but not receive e-mail with TB. Correct? correct! I am sending with TB and replying or sending with Eudora Pro I have looked at EVERYTHING! I set my incoming and outgoing SMPT AFAIK, it's your POP settings, not the SMTP settings, that would be affecting your ability to receive e-mail. Can you give more particulars about your account and your settings in TB? Are you using IMAP? APOP? Do you have the option for combined delivery checked? Do you have more than one account setup in TB? POP 110 SMPT is 80 IMAP 143 combined delivery is checked Only one account (for now) When I first got TB, I had a similar problem that was corrected by changing the Network settings. What are your Network settings? Network settings set correctly, checked this message was sent useing Eudora PRO Steps to reproduce the bug: Regards, Al Capone

You have to prevent getting caught, with a virus a cure may be too late and remember that DEC 25 some CIH version is due to go off and that many of the virus strains are not 2000 compatible. Problem is that some, like Friday 13th after jan 1 will go off immediately so a GOOD scan before Christmas and before NEW Year and maybe NOT being the first to use the computer on the Jan 1st might be a wise move I know, I for instance will use a nice clean minimal backup disk to have a look at the news before my main system goes back on line.
