Hi all, On Sunday, November 07, 1999, 3:21:42 PM (-5 GMT), Tomasz scribbled: AM It does support multiple line cookies. I don't have too much problem with Bat, tho (although the current version of automatic justification sucks). It's definitely different. I keep turning it on to get used to it only to eventually get fed up and turn it off. The relief it provides through not having to use the ALT+L shortcut is offset by the amount of times I have to use the alt+Backspace and Shift+Ctrl+F shortcuts to either undo what I didn't want to happen or to disable it so that I may do things that I can't do with it enabled. :) AM I therefore use the mouse a little AM with AIM Keys to ease the problem. Hello Ali, Sunday, November 07, 1999, 2:33:51 PM, you wrote in response to Tomasz' saying: Why does all the good stuff in Bat have to be undocumented? I checked the help file on Cookies and there was nothing about this... AM It's only been documented on TBUDL as many other little goodies AM are. :) I too have found the help file not quite helpful enough and so asked Tech Support about the existence of a user's group, and ... A better help file structure would certainly be of help. ... AM I therefore use the mouse a little with AIM Keys to ease the AM problem. Well, when you use a laptop as your primary machine, you learn to distrust the mouse... no pads or clicks will be ever as good as the real thing. AM Tell me about it. :) I was just using my wife's laptop and that damned AM touchpad can play tricks on you. Though not cheap, a Logitech Marble trackball is the best "mouse" I've used. If you accelerate it, you can sweep all over the screen by just moving your thumb, without lifting it off the ball, while the index and middle fingers are already on the left and right mouse keys, with a programmable middle key (which I use for double clicking with just one click). They also make a laptop version but I haven't tried it (I will on getting a laptop), that can be clipped to the side of the laptop, I believe.
