It downloaded a lot faster, within two minutes or so. (I am currently in a 
hotel by the beach, the internet is not too fast here.)

However, I received this warning:

I downloaded the 64-bit around 9am on 20200908 and it took just over an hour.
I downloaded it again around 10pm the same day and it took under two minutes.

No list. I have my browser set to wipe history on exit.
