A Is this a common problem with eCard greetings or is it a problem with A HTML messages from multiple sources? This is common with HTML messages from multiple sources. For example, I received a home-made ecard where the sender altered the background, fonts etc. and inserted a family photo-- which did not open when I clicked on the browser to view. This morning I received an HTML message from my ISP, with the same result. I do receive the images; they just does not load and can be seen only by clicking the icon. As far as I remember, this has always been the case though did not bother me much since I don't tend to view in HTML anyway. I am using IE 6.0. It happens here with HTML mails where the pics are attached for offline view. I see Opera opening the index file from a temp folder, so the pics may not be in there. There is no problem with HTML mails that load their pics from the internet, provided I'm connected. -- Cheers Peter Software isn't released, it's allowed to escape. I get the impression that some are experiencing problems with these as well. :( Hmmm. I suggest sending samples of the problem messages to Ritlabs. Viewing html ...again
Lately I've been receiving Christmas e-cards and would like to view the html in one piece instead of the text in one tab, the images in another. I thought that clicking on the browser icon would work but this does not show images (just the placemarks). I'm pretty sure this has been discussed and apologize, but I haven't been successful in my list archive search at all. Thanks in advance, and happy holidays, everyone. -- Pat A Canadian in Houston Using The Bat! v2.01.3 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 Current version is 2.02.3 CE | Using TBUDL information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
