I think the 80/20 rule applies to organizations and size of meeting rooms with 
regard to growing the organization. The meeting room should be at least 20% 
larger than what you typically need. Something weird about the psychology of a 
visitor seeing only a few empty spots in the room. They are less likely to come 
back.

For what it’s worth, last year I hosted a wedding party at The Salt Lick just 
SW of Austin on 150. I believe the large dining room would accommodate 100 or 
more. BBQ could also probably be arranged. Worth looking into?
