Re: [tw] Filter Items Not Showing Up In Tabs

2014-09-25 Thread Jimmy Liew
Hi Mario,
LOL... Of course I did. Let's me clarify more in details about what I have
encountered.

I created a tiddler name "assignments - subject #1" and have all my
research notes tagged with it. Consequently I created several orther
subject toddlers and I have notes tagged with it. The subject tiddler has
nothing inside except a list filter command to list all the notes.

Now, I created a new tiddler "topictab" and I want all the subject listed
as tab and the notes to list as a content. When I click on the tab, it
shows nothing.

But, if I type something in the subject tiddler, the tab tiddler will show
only the text I just type.

with the category, I wish I could have the total count state beside the
category name.

<$list filter="[tag[category]sort[title]]">

Re: [tw] [TW5] 5.09 problem with highligh.js

2014-04-18 Thread Jimmy Liew
Hi Jeremy,

If we want to use the GoogleCodes.css stylesheet, we need to insert tiddler
(select CSS type) and tag it with "$:/tags/stylesheet" right?

In 5.09, the tag "$:/tags/stylesheet" disappear from the tag list while the
CSS I tagged with "$:/tags/stylesheet" is not being used by highlight.js
script. It basically used back the default CSS style, like the one you
show me just now.

I believe you should able to replicate the issue when you try to insert a
CSS stylesheet and tag it with "$:/tags/stylesheet".

Hi Jeremy,

Looks like it works fine on the highlightdemo site. Lets me try again.

I am using Mozilla Version 28.0.

The syntax color code did not show up as expected after upgraded from TW
5.08 to 5.09. It was absolutely fine in version 5.08.

Should i upgrade the plugin also?

use it as a productivity tool. I am a struggling here to whether I should
consolidate all my data, notes and articles (work, personal, and research
on different area) in to one TW or each of them deserve to have it own TW
file. As looking at the concept of Wikipedia, it seems consists of almost
everything and different criteria.

Can any one willing to share their experience and comment on it?

Jim

[tw] Re: TW5 embed video/picture file

2014-04-05 Thread Jimmy Liew
So will the image remove from TW5 if the picture file remove physically
also?

My understanding on TWC, the picture is just a link for TWC to display, the
picture will be remove if you delete the picture physically.

Kindly advise. Thanks.

Thanks Jeremy,

One question, would it be possible to temporary disable the "Show Preview"
feature in the "New Tiddler" screen? I think the refresh is for the
instant preview feature right?

[tw] Anyway to improve the speed of TW5?

2014-04-02 Thread Jimmy Liew
Hi All,
TW5 is slow, some time lagging, when typing and creating new tiddler.
Comparing with TWC, it is fast and the response is fantastic.

Does any scripts running behind it when we typing or creating a new tiddler?

Is there anyway to improve it?

Kindly advise.

to have the summary of the tiddler to be shown under the title of each
tiddler, just like the Google search result. Thanks.
