Most damages are compatible with a truck fall but he BNC connectors are 
intentionally destroyed using a screwdriver or the like.  For me it 
looks like it came from an organization with a policy  of destroying the 
equipment that is written off.  I've seen this kind of things in the 
disposal facility of an Air Force Base.

I would not be surprised if some idiot who was charged with data 
integrity at some operation rendered it "safe" with a hammer and removal 
of the tube.  Could also have been an insurance buy-out damaged in 
shipment somewhere with the tube pulled for parts.


I've dealt with this vendor, they do deal, they don't care.  They really 
have no clue unless you educate them of the value.  $100-$300 would take 
it if you get the right person, and can use the parts.
