i can meet on Sunday. but let us keep it for the morning at normal time.
Evening it is difficult to plan also means cannot go out with family.

I do not have any issues with coming to Ratan's house except one. I do not
know where it is. :) So do send the address and directions and I will be
there. Hope this can be confirmed by 5 PM today so we can plan for Sunday
accordingly.

Friends,

I wish we go ahead with our meeting this weekend, 15th of April.

Please freeze the venue, date and time.

I will not be present as I am going to Nellore, a very sudden and unexpected
trip. I will be back on Monday.

I request you to go ahead with the meeting this weekend.

Ok lets have the meeting on 15th, there are only few responses as of now, so
why not have it at some place like Ratanji's house, if its acceptable to
him. What do you say Ratan?

Else lets have it in Public Gardens in the evening at 5pm, lets go to once
place now and later on decide, no point shooting mails for the venue. One of
us fix a place which is mostly convenient to most of us and then shoot the
mail.

Till now the confirmation is from
1. Ratan
2. Ravi
3. Chaitanya

So respond who else is coming ASAP.

Cheers
Chaitanya

Its a pleasure for me if we can meet at my place. And I am also ok with any
venue as long as the day is Sunday. If by Saturday evening we are not able to
gather more members, then Sunday we are meeting at my place.

Friends,

I announce the meeting on April 22nd, 5 pm to 7 pm, KrishnaKanth Park.
Agenda already mailed. (Dr. Sundar will be out of station till 19th.
He is going to attend a seminar in Jharkhand. As the coming meeting is
a crucial one, I wish he too should participate).

Yeah. Please prepare for the meeting. Please come up with your points
on each topic.

Instead of discussing without any cue, let us discuss on Thinking Hats
way. At least the abridged model of it.

If we have two alternatives for an issue, let us all think about the
pros at a time and cons the next time. Similar to all options. Then we
need not fight :) Based on the list, we can take a decision.

Now that we have two weeks, we have ample time. So please decide. I
hope that all our members be present for the meeting. Also please
bring the new members that you introduced.

Meeting with like-minded groups will be conducted in May. We will
decide the schedule later.

Date: 22nd April
Timings: 5 pm to 7 pm
Venue: Krishnakanth Park

I am also late at times. Let us all be on time and also keep the time
in mind and discuss. If we all co-operate, we can conduct the meeting
well and have a fruitful discussion.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.

I will not be attending the meeting on 22nd April (purely because of personal
reasons). I am very sorry about that.I could see that the venue is Krishnakanth
Park, timings are well too. But I am booked for that day, for the last 5 years
and for years to come.
Sorry about that (not about being booked, but for NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTEND
the monthly meeting, which I know by all probability that an important one).

I do not think so that personal days like Marriage Day are unimportant. They
are the most precious days.

If 29th is acceptable to all, fine. Or else we have to wait for the May's
regular meeting on first weekend, May 6th.

But I think we should meet in April. When is the question!!

I know Saturday is not possible for you.

I have made a point that I will attend all the monthly meetings, probably some
of you have already noticed that I have been attending all the meetings for the
last 6-7 months non-stop. I missed only one because it was held on a Saturday
and well, as I work for 6 days a week, I cannot make it on a Saturday. I
remember attending the luncheon meeting while on my way to Railway station to
board the train at 4pm and I was directly picked up from the restaurant.
I was okay for 1st (and we attended the function at Satyakrishna's place),
was okay for 8th (and prepared a thermocol cut-out of the logo I had planned
for TMAD), I am free for 15th and am free for 29th too. I want to dedicate 22nd
to family/wife and hence cannot attend. Though it pains a lot to write about
the absence immediately after the meeting date is announced, still I am
helpless about it.
I am free for any Sunday meeting and as Suresh suggested, let us stick to one
particular Sunday and one particular time, so that we need not be reminded
neither someone shall take the pain to remind. Its everyone's business, why
there need to be a personal reminder?

Ok.. then

Friends,

Upto you to decide:

We have again questions.

1. Where is the venue?

There is a reason for us to select public places. Once again,
confirm. Do you want public places or our regular venue?

2. Timings.

As it is summer, we thought of conducting meetings in the evening.
So morning or evening?

These are the suggestions: 10 am to 12:00 pm or 5 pm to 7 pm?

3. Date

15th or 29th of this month?

I request a response from all of you. Please reply to the same
thread.

Yeah. Once we finalize these things, they will be fixed. We will not
remind.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.

  - I Prefer public places or paks for meetings as it will be more
pleasant and relaxing. Ofcourse, seriousness and commitment needs to be
there. Anyways, i am not very particular on that. *Keeping the climate
in mind, i think we will with regular venue this time.*
  - If it is a park, 5-7 PM will be appropriate otherwise 10-12 AM is
better. One more point is that *we can spend the rest of the day in
some activity, if the meeting is in the morning.*
  - 15th is fine with me but we will miss Dr.Sundar, who can guide us on
Medical Campaigning. But still we can discuss other things rather than
  waiting till next month.

Regards,
Ravi.
