- I Prefer public places or paks for meetings as it will be more pleasant and relaxing. Ofcourse, seriousness and commitment needs to be there. Anyways, i am not very particular on that. *Keeping the climate in mind, i think we will with regular venue this time.* - If it is a park, 5-7 PM will be appropriate otherwise 10-12 AM is better. One more point is that *we can spend the rest of the day in some activity, if the meeting is in the morning.* - 15th is fine with me but we will miss Dr.Sundar, who can guide us on Medical Campaigning. But still we can discuss other things rather than waiting till next month.
