 I gzipped the 2017 tor and torctl logs on op-hk, op-nl, and op-us, which
 saves us roughly 10G per instance, so that there are now between 12G and
 15G free on each of them. This buys us a few weeks of time. Still, we
 should find a better solution soon.

 Just noticed that op-hk is soon going to run out of disk space. The other
 instances might be affected, too. Not sure if the log archive is the
 primary cause for that, but maybe compressing rotated logs would help.
 (Just don't delete them, please.)
