  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I did not know why. Following is the header:

  ProblemType: Crash
  DistroRelease: 16.04
  CrashInfo: Xorg crashed on SIGABORT at OsAbort()
  -- End header ---
  Xorg crashed on SIGABORT at OsAbort() is the problem.
  It became crashed everyday at 3PM after I installed Ubuntu 16.04. 
Occasionally, this is bad because I want to write some codes. It maybe still 
became crashed after booting after restarting my computer.

  'ubuntu-bug snap' is reporting bugs against the snap package, which is
  exactly what the docs say it should do, and not what users who do not
  have the snap package installed want it to do. They probably want it
  to report a bug against the snapd package, which owns /usr/bin/snap.

  Some extra heuristics to target the bug correctly could be useful,
  taking into account if the package is installed or if a binary with
  the provided name is found in $PATH.

  So on s390x apport generates a-typical reports, as certain things that
  are usually present are absent on s390x. Subsequently apport-unpack
  fails to unpack certain reports as they lack data in some of the
  declared keys. as per below.

  (1) apport-unpack should be resilent to empty/broken keys.
  (2) on s390x it should skip collecting useless data
