This should now be fixed. I have 7.19.5-2ubuntu1 ready to go into Utopic as soon as the FFE is approved (LP: #1376736). Unfortunately, due to an upstream packaging bug, the test suite was not included in the tarball, and I elected not to re-add it in the Debian version (7.19.5-2).
