Ok, maybe then it's better to change google authenticator with OTP in  
electrum if the first is outdated and OTP works with trustedcoin.

Well it sounds like you've answered your own question: Whether or not it is  
free software depends on which one you're using.


If you want one-time passwords there are other programs in F-Droid too.  
Search for "OTP".

not sure if it's free software any more. It seems that the free version
