Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. libapache2-mod-auth-pgsql 2.0.3-6 has automatically been imported into Ubuntu and is thus present in the current development release, so I'm marking this bug as Fix Released. [Bug 1255031] Re: package apache2 2.2.22-1ubuntu1.4 failed to install/upgrade: el subproceso instalado el script post-removal devolvió el código de salida de error 1
Thank you for your report. This looks like a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu. Specifically, you're using Apache 2.2 with PHP 5.5. Ubuntu has never shipped this combination, so an automated upgrade of PHP to 5.5 on 12.04 is not directly supported by Ubuntu itself. I believe that you probably can run this combination on Ubuntu, but you will need to fix any local configuration issues yourself. You can find pointers to get help for this sort of problem here: http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community Since we use this bug tracker to track bugs in Ubuntu, rather than configuration problems, I'm marking this bug as Invalid. This helps us to focus on fixing the bugs that we are actually able to work on. If you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it helpful to read How to report bugs effectively http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem, explain why you believe this is a bug rather than a problem specific to your system, and then change the bug status back to New. ** Changed in: apache2 (Ubuntu) Status: New = Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to apache2 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1255031 Title: package apache2 2.2.22-1ubuntu1.4 failed to install/upgrade: el subproceso instalado el script post-removal devolvió el código de salida de error 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1255031/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs

[Bug 1255171] [NEW] Init script is missing status verb
Public bug reported: While trying to use SaltStack (http://www.saltstack.com/community/) for configuration management I found that the init script is missing the status verb. [Bug 1251570] Re: [Dell Inspiron 3137] WARNING message in klog (reported as HIGH failure in fwts)
DMAR DMA Remapping Reporting is ACPI table defined in Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O which says The system BIOS is responsible for detecting the remapping hardware functions in the platform and for locating the memory-mapped remapping hardware registers in the host system address space. It is clearly that this system reports the base address is zero which is invalid. In fact, it claims the base address starts from 0 and it will conflicts with other hardware. It is my guess that BIOS set base address to zero as this is a celeron cpu which does not support this advance. This is not a correct way to do it. BIOS should not report DMAR in ACPI at all. Fortunately, it is detected by kernel and DMAR is not used. ** Changed in: linux-lts-raring (Ubuntu) Status: New = Won't Fix -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1251570 Title: [Dell Inspiron 3137] WARNING message in klog (reported as HIGH failure in fwts) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lts-raring/+bug/1251570/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1254976] Re: Samsung M262X USB Printer fails to print in Ubuntu 13.10
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode. To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1254976/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package. I am on a brand new Asus S550C Ultrabook with Linux Mint 15 Cinnamon (64 bit) installed. Seem to be having an almost identical problem with the battery state reading being inaccurate on and off. Also when the battery gets to below 7% or so, fan goes full bore and battery light flashes orange... also doesn't seem to be charging while this is happening. Have to turn off, remove/replace charger and battery and seems to be ok again. Pretty sure this isn't the hardware. [Bug 1255022] [NEW] Wireless networking unavailable/does not work
Public bug reported: After an upgrade to the linux-image-3.2.0-56-generic kernel on Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS, my laptop had no wifi. [Bug 1255020] [NEW] Geolocation broken on Firefox
Public bug reported: The geolocation feature does not work any more on Firefox (at least on Ubuntu 12.04.3) Try to open for example http://html5demos.com/geo , accept geolocation when prompted by Firefox : it should quickly show your location on the map, but it never does. I'm using latest Firefox package from Ubuntu 12.04.3 (25.0.1+build1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1) on Ubuntu 12.04.3 (amd64) with latest updates I have this same behavior on 2 different computers : one with a Wifi card, another one without. If I download Firefox 25.0.1 from www.firefox.com and launch it, geolocation works. Click on this link : sound/pci/hda/patch_realtek.c 22? then what I should do? 3) what is the next step of the procedure? It s all alien language fome:( 4) As for docking station i dont have got any 5) By the way, just noticed that the sound icon disappeared from the screen + when I opened the system settings to manage the sound settings I noticed that my built-in speakers are not recognized and mentioned anymore + no possibility to launch a sound test anymore + plus input sound test doesnt react at all anymore, howerver if I plug a headset I can still get sound but cannot control its volume anymore :( -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1254536 Title: headphones work, built-in speakers don't (after update) ubuntu version 13.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1254536/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 655831] Re: update-apt-xapian-index bogs down system
For me, the apt-xapian-index cronjob used to crash a complete Xen domU (Raring minimal install w/ linux-vm, 512 MiB RAM, 1 vcpu, 1 GiB swap) on a weekly basis until I disabled the cronjob. Took me a while to find out why the domU crashed in such a timely manner. [Bug 1255020] Re: Geolocation broken on Firefox
** Description changed: The geolocation feature does not work any more on Firefox (at least on Ubuntu 12.04.3) Try to open for example http://html5demos.com/geo , accept geolocation when prompted by Firefox : it should quickly show your location on the map, but it never does. I'm using latest Firefox package from Ubuntu 12.04.3 - (25.0.1+build1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1) on Ubuntu 12.04.3 (amd64) with latest - updates + (25.0.1+build1-0ubuntu0.12.04.1 from standard ubuntu repos) on Ubuntu + 12.04.3 (amd64) with latest updates I have this same behavior on 2 different computers : one with a Wifi card, another one without. If I download Firefox 25.0.1 from www.firefox.com and launch it, geolocation works. - So I suspect the issue to be related to the ubuntu package + It also works with Chromium 30 (version 30.0.1599.114-0ubuntu0.12.04.3 from standard ubuntu repos) + So I suspect the issue to be related to the ubuntu package of Firefox See also the discussion started on bugzilla : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=933559 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1255020 Title: Geolocation broken on Firefox To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/1255020/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
