[Bug 1591411] Re: systemd-logind must be restarted every ~1000 SSH logins to prevent a ~25 second delay
Hi Lukasz, I found this issue when I use `systemd suspend` several hundred times. [Bug 1649313] Re: Mediascanner is not working
I tried it with build 191 from ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris-pd.en. After inserting an SD card with a few music and image files, the music scope shows the tracks, and gallery app shows all the images on the card. I'm about to try with OTA 14. But I expect to see the same results. Can you install the file manager app from the store and check if you can see the card contents with that? [Bug 1649313] Re: Mediascanner is not working
Okay, so according to the log the only mounted volumes are "/", "/android/protect_f", "/android/data" and "/android/cache". It hasn't detected any mounts like "/media/phablet/something", which is where the SD card should be mounted. The fact that it listed some volumes indicates that it is successfully talking to the udisks2 daemon. So either (a) udisks2 has missed the SD card volume, or (b) it is being presented in a way that mediascanner2 ignores. To help debug this, could you provide the output of "udisksctl dump" from the device with the SD card inserted? That should help identify which is the case. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1649313 Title: Mediascanner is not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mediascanner2/+bug/1649313/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1645798] Re: No snaps appear in scope on Core 16
It looks like click-scope is the only scope that is failing. Queries to the music scope work just fine, as do queries to remote scopes (via smartscopesproxy). All these scopes run the exact same code in the runtime. I have no idea what exactly is going wrong, but I strongly suspect that it is in click scope or one of the dependencies it calls into. Note that the messages about the closed socket may well be consequential if a thread that wasn't created by the scopes run time throws. (If click-scope uses QtDBus, possibly an exception could escape from one of its threads? Or maybe net-cpp underneath or some such?) It would be really useful to have some trace from click scope to see what it is up to when it receives a query. Also, it looks like I'm not getting any core dumps in the unity8-session. Is there a way to enable those? It might give us a chance at getting a stack trace from the click-scope. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1645798 Title: No snaps appear in scope on Core 16 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1645798/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1625072] Re: lttng-modules 2.8.0-1 ADT test failure with linux 4.8.0-11.12
rbasak: Updated the initial post with SRU info, I will admit I don't know enough about this package to know how to stress test it to be sure there are no regressions in actual functionality, but I wanted to make it so it would at least work instead of failing to build and be 100% useless. [Bug 1640978] Re: letsencrypt 0.4.1 contains numerous bugs fixed upstream
Hello everyone. I'm not sure exactly what form you wanted the SRU in, but... I've included a tarball of the source changes files and dsc's, signed, along with the files included in them. This upload has two changes from the version in sid. First, I tweaked the versions in python-certbot to reduce the dependency on pyopenssl. The version requirement was to work around an undeclared Breaks relationship between a version of pyopenssl and python-cryptography in a later version (16.0.0) than is in Xenial. Second, I added a new dummy package to assist the upgrade of python- letsencrypt-apache => python-certbot-apache. The dummy package was never used in Debian, as letsencrypt didn't make it to stable before the name-change occurred. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you would like the SRU in some other manner. ** Attachment added: "Xenial SRU tarball" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-letsencrypt/+bug/1640978/+attachment/4791864/+files/python-certbot_0.9.3-1ubuntu1.tar.xz -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1640978 Title: letsencrypt 0.4.1 contains numerous bugs fixed upstream To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-letsencrypt/+bug/1640978/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1650074] Re: Default on battery APM level causes SSD runing very slow
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode. To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1650074/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package. [Bug 1649662] Re: resizing a gtk+3/mir app makes it unusable - pixels get stretched and input stops working
Yes I can see some GL code in GTK's Mir backend. However I also notice the proposed new version of GTK in zesty got promoted yesterday. [Bug 1649736] Re: unity picks poor hidpi scale factor defaults
Can you attach a screenshot of the "broken widget rendering"? Sounds like it's a separate issue and we should fix it properly. [Bug 1648649] Re: Ubufox is broken in Firefox Nightly, due to using no-longer-supported "for each" syntax. Error console now shows "SyntaxError: missing ( after for UpdateNotifier.js:217:8"
Great, thanks Chris! Note: I am not a JS expert, so my suggested replacement in comment 0 might not be exactly right for all cases of this pattern. (I believe it's correct for code that's iterating over a JS array, but the semantics might be slightly different for other structures, e.g. whether you're iterating over keys vs. values, etc. This definitely merits a sanity-check test (e.g. logging each iterated entry before/after the change) to be sure the conversion is valid.) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1648649 Title: Ubufox is broken in Firefox Nightly, due to using no-longer-supported "for each" syntax. Re: [Bug 1590844] Re: Bluetooth headset not working with Meizu Pro 5 Ubuntu Edition
Alexandre, Do you know why it is behaving this way? Can I help by testing a suggested fix or by providing more logs? I've tried new firmware, hacking around with bluetooth settings, and manually changing pulseaudio card profiles during calls. Unfortunately, nothing that I've tried has fixed it.
