Found it - the .debs are loaded by GNOME Software but they are not marked with a "management plugin". It seems to me that if you were to force sync 2.2.5-3 from Debian Experimental, that this delta would be no longer needed, but I'm a little skeptical because it's Debian Experimental and it wasn't uploaded to Sid. It also doesn't include the same changes we made, and I'm not familiar enough with the package to make a call on whether or not the delta would still be needed. I'll leave it up to the reviewer to decide whether or not to force sync from Experimental or wait until it's uploaded to Sid and take my patch for now. If you decide to take my patch, it's attached. I have exactly the same. can't access my University's vpn on my new laptop running 10.04. vpn works without any issue on another laptop running 14.04. [Bug 1685051] [NEW] grub-installer fails to install during installation
Public bug reported: I have a Lenovo Flex 2-15 and I recently installed Ubuntu Studio on it. After many tries, I was able to successfully install it. After a couple of days, my computer was acting weird again, so I would have to boot from live cd to try and reinstall Ubuntu Studio again. Everything was going smoothly until it came time to install the grub2 package,and that is when the installer crashed. The reason this is not working is the gnome-software you are running is not the process that actually shows the package. You will already have gnome-software running so it just passes the string to the existing process. simosx, Super+A/F/M/C/V are not adapted and do not work in Russian Layout. I even tried Greek and they do not work in Greek as well. Another example is Ctrl+Q.
