No, the problem does not go away if I change the theme. [Bug 1469479] [NEW] Blank Mouseover Notification
Public bug reported: In some applications the mouse-over notifications appears totally blank. I noticed this problem in Dolphin, ktorrent etc. The problem is persistent and reproducible every time. I couldn't find anything useful which may cause this problem. If any log or testing needed will be provided. Please mention what is needed to check. I've Intel 3rd Gen HD 4000 AMD 7730 PowerXpress 4.0+ graphics. My OS is Ubuntu 12.10(64 Bit). I'm unable to manage my full graphics properties. AMD propietery driver is totally useless.
