[Bug 1167097] Re: The mouse stops working randomly and have to reset
I get the same problem. Random mouse lock ups, the keyboard satys responsive. Not every day, but enough to be annoying. Loging out doesn't help, neither does killing off Lightdm and restarting it. Only fix I have found so far is a reboot. I use a USB keyboard with an adaptor to the PS/2 port. [Bug 1032744] Re: udisksd crashed with SIGSEGV in udisks_daemon_util_check_authorization_sync()
(Dell Optiplex 990) Still happening for me intermittently. The problem went away for a while, but seems to be back again now. Always on first login after turning on computer. Log in to Unity is slow for first attempt. I also have problems with X not starting every time, Just a mouse pointer overlaying the tty screen.. Sometimes this clears on its own after a couple of minutes, sometimes lightdm needs a restart. I realise this is a different bug, but mention it in passing. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1032744 Title: udisksd crashed with SIGSEGV in udisks_daemon_util_check_authorization_sync() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/udisks2/+bug/1032744/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
