[Bug 1257108] Re: gtkam segmentation fault
This suddenly started happening recently after years of ok function. Segfaults immediately before spawning a window. Segfaults regardless of whether there is a camera plugged in or not. Deleting .gphoto did not resolve. Full remove/reinstall did not resolve. Run as root did not resolve. I am still able to use gphoto2 from CLI. Because the last working use was weeks ago, I cannot isolate what changed. Here are known aspects which stayed the same or changed: Version stayed Ubuntu 13.10 No change in hard drives or directories. Did add realtime permissions for my user. [Bug 421122] [NEW] listing order is lost when package marking status is changed
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: synaptic regards: The main package listing, where results from quicksearch are shown, etc. what was expected to happen: When the listing order options are clicked, such as Package Installed Version Latest Version [etc] the listing orders/preferences are retained indefinitely. what happened instead: When the listing order options are clicked, such as Package Installed Version Latest Version [etc] the listing order is lost once the status of a package is changed when right-clicking the status box. (ex: Mark for installation) This results in having to repeatedly reset the listing orders and scrolling around for what could be several packages. to recreate: run synaptic in Quick Search, type 'headers' click on the Installed Version column marker, it should get a black triangle indicating it is ordering by version search results should be listed in order of version change the status of one of the listed packages, for example Mark for reinstallation results refresh, note that Installed Version column marker has lost its black triangle and ordering has been lost.
