[Bug 328906] [NEW] opening particular PDF in evince causes memory usage to spike

2009-02-12 Thread Fred K Huang
Public bug reported:

Upon opening this particular PDF file (attached), the memory usage of
Evince spikes to 100 MB when the file itself is only ~50 KB. This does
not occur with any other PDF file (that I have found thus far). This is
with Evince 2.22.2 with Poppler 0.6.4 on Hardy with latest updates.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance in resolving
this bug.

Thanks,
Fred

[Bug 245775] [NEW] Rythmbox imports up to 5000 music files but not more

2008-07-05 Thread Fred K
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

1st PC:Ubuntu Hardy Heron
2nd PC: Windows XP SP2 on which I want to access my music library (6500 mp3
files)

When checking my library, Rythmbox detects a little bit less than 5000 mp3
files.
The last part of my library (sorted by alphabetical order) is absent from
rythmbox library.
