I do not know if it is still in Interpid. I use Hardy with KDE 4 (Kopete KDE4) and it is better, anyway there is small mistake. I have to remove theme/emoticons pack via Get hot new stuff installer and click on Uninstall. If I remove it only via Delete in main Kopete Settings Window, I can not install it. It is mall bug, but a little bit annoying.
