[Bug 183809] keystrokes are echoed
Public bug reported: Using 8.04 alpha3 release updated as of 1-17-08 12PM EST. Keystrokes frequently but inconsistently are echoed. Also the gnome desktop stops responding-but that's another bug report I think. This install is on a HP laptop dv6707us. Yup, this bug was reported against dapper. I don't have the time to play anymore games with this. If the ubuntu developers don't care about the quality of their work than neither do I.
