[Bug 138563] Fan runs constanly on Dell d630
Public bug reported: The fan on my Dell d630 is spinning up for no reason at all. Just starting a terminal (or any other program) or change between windows and it spins up. When it is first started it will not stop until I leave the PC idle for several minutes.
