[Bug 1726548] Re: Windows resized after resume
This was affecting me both when resuming from suspend, as well as when resuming from lock screen. I'm running a Dell XPS 13 9370 under Ubuntu 19.10, with two UHD displays connected via a dock. I wasn't necessarily seeing screen resizing so much as anything on a secondary screen was being closed. After calling `gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface scaling-factor 1`, everything works normally for both resume and unlock operations, and all windows previously in use are still present. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1726548 Title: Windows resized after resume To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-gnome-meta/+bug/1726548/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 340328] Re: [i965] X (and gnome session) crashes after suspend and resume
That was indeed the key -- I had some other garbage per the ubuntu forums post. Removing it and enabling tiling now has my ThinkPad correctly resuming. [Bug 340328] Re: [i965] X (and gnome session) crashes after suspend and resume
Tobias, I'm using that PPA already -- though I need to verify that I'm using the xserver-xorg-video-intel driver (I assume I am, as I now have compositing, but need to verify). Can you give your xorg.conf? I'm wondering if there are settings that are causing the issues. -- [i965] X (and gnome session) crashes after suspend and resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/340328 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 139226] Re: ipod doesn't appear in banshee
I compiled Banshee 1.2.1 today, but still no luck. iPod support *is* enabled (all options are enabled), but the iPod still is not recognized. My iPod is a 4g 40G windows-formatted iPod (one of the HP branded ones), marked as "Version 3.1.1". Amarok is able to detect it when I point amarok to the mount point, and I've successfully synced to and from that program; in fact, I had no problems prior to version 1.0 of Banshee. Compiling Banshee from source does not install podsleuth, so I'm not sure if podsleuth is working currently; in previous attempts with >= 1.0, it threw an exception when detecting the year. -- ipod doesn't appear in banshee https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/139226 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
