[Bug 1966318] [NEW] courier-mta rejects Yahoo mail with null MX dns records
Public bug reported: Builds from courier-mta sources prior to 2021 have two bugs: 1) parsing bug in the bofh badfrom check 2) rejects null MX records when validing the sending IP address against the sender's HELO/EHLO identifier #2 is causing Yahoo mail with null MX dns records to be rejected. Yahoo is a major player in the email world and this should be considered a priority Recommend that new .deb binary be generated using courier-mta 2021 or later. 1) Bionic Beaver 2) courier-mta-0.78.0-2ubuntu2 3) expect all mail from Yahoo to be delivered 4) mail with null MX dns records are being rejected ** Affects: courier (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1966318 Title: courier-mta rejects Yahoo mail with null MX dns records To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/courier/+bug/1966318/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1877862] Re: package courier-mta 1.0.6-1build2 failed to install/upgrade: installed courier-mta package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1
Also seeing this. Renumbered the exit status codes in postinst. Fails in #3 which is start/restart courier-mta. Error is "failed dependency". -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1877862 Title: package courier-mta 1.0.6-1build2 failed to install/upgrade: installed courier-mta package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/courier/+bug/1877862/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1790527] [NEW] missing documentation file
Public bug reported: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS Release:18.04 Pkg: tortoisehg (3.7.3-1) [universe] Missing file: /usr/share/doc/tortoisehg/html/_static/default.css This file is also missing in xenial but present in trusty. (note: I did not check the unsupported releases.) I am guessing that the reason is because the file, not being specifically mentioned in the html markup with a "src" or "href" attribute, was overlooked. It is instead pulled in by an "@import" directive in tortoisehg.css. ** Affects: tortoisehg (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1790527 Title: missing documentation file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tortoisehg/+bug/1790527/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 220961] Re: [MASTER] ubiquity crashes instead of notifying the user of not enough disk space
I can create this bug pretty reliably with the following method: Using a computer with a lot of RAM and ubuntu 12.04 already installed make a new VM with 8192 MB RAM and 8.00 GB HDD and try to install ubuntu 12.04x64 desktop. Then just next-next-next your way through everything. If you had left the RAM at default 512 you could install just fine and change it after, but with RAM so high you wind up here. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/220961 Title: [MASTER] ubiquity crashes instead of notifying the user of not enough disk space To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubiquity/+bug/220961/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 220961] Re: [MASTER] ubiquity crashes instead of notifying the user of not enough disk space
Should probably specify I mean VirtualBox when I say VM. I'm using the Dynamic .VDI in case that helps as well.
