2014-05-25 Thread Mikhail Gusarov
Public bug reported:

Attached patch adds systemd-like socket activation support to libmilter

it so milters in both Debian and Ubuntu can use the same systemd unit
with socket activation.

It is applied in Debian sendmail = 8.14.4-6.

[Bug 486694] [NEW] Extreme slowdown after disconnecting USBnet device on Thinkpad T400

2009-11-22 Thread Mikhail Gusarov
Public bug reported:

After disconnecting USBnet device (Neo Freerunner and Hanlin V3) laptop
nearly freezes, internal mouse and keyboard stop functioning, only
external keyboard works with extreme slowdowns. Nearly any I/O activity
stops in kernel.

Saved dmesg (saving it was not a easy task under such circumstances :)
is attached. Note the lines

[94248.555650] usb1: kevent 1 may have been dropped
[94248.861508] usb 1-5.1.1.4: USB disconnect, address 19

[Bug 486845] [NEW] [Thinkpad T400] CPU is always at 800Mhz (lower bound) even under load

Public bug reported:

Well, subject says it all. I never got anything except 800Mhz on my
laptop after installing Karmic (previously it worked fine under Debian
with 2.6.30-somerc-built-kernel).

Here is contents of /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq:

Note the scaling_max_freq.

[Bug 483418] [NEW] [PATCH] Updated entries for Novosibirsk and Barnaul

2009-11-15 Thread Mikhail Gusarov
Public bug reported:

Novosibirsk and Barnaul entries in Locations.xml use Asia/Novosibirsk
timezone which has been obsoleted by Asia/Omsk. This in turn prevents
weather applet from selecting proper timezone automatically.

Attached patch updates Novosibirsk and Barnaul entries to use Asia/Omsk
timezone.

[Bug 76260] Re: x11-common conflicts with xxkb, but xxkb depends on x11-common inderectly

2008-01-10 Thread Mikhail Gusarov

installing ABI-incompatible version I believe, but I did not check it
hard enough).
