[Bug 1422143] Re: No wifi connection after suspend with systemd due to missing "wpa_cli suspend"
I have been running 15.10 for about a month now, without this problem (or any other problems). This issue has suddenly occurred, and, to me, seems like a regression from a relatively recent update. No other parameters, that I know of, have changed (same computer, WiFi, OS version). I have wpasupplicant 2.4-0ubuntu3.2, but I do not know if this is relevant to my issue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1422143 Title: No wifi connection after suspend with systemd due to missing "wpa_cli suspend" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/1422143/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Public bug reported: This problem affects me on 13.04. uname: Linux HTPC2 3.8.0-25-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jun 6 20:47:07 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Stable connection with good ping times, but throughput is measured in 10-20 kB/s. I have now tried booting with the 2.6.31-12.41 kernel, and kernel has not yet hung. I saw this happen twice in a row when I originally booted with 2.6.31-12.41... [Bug 446421] [NEW] 2.6.31-12.41 hangs with Radeon KMS
Public bug reported: First of all: I cannot find out how to report bugs without using the command ubuntu-bug. As I need to have a running kernel to use this method I have run $ubuntu-bug linux on another kernel than the one I wish to report the bug on... The kernel I have reported this bug on is running with radeon.modeset=1 on 2.6.31-11.38 with a dual head ATI card. The kernel I hangs on 2.6.31-12.41 with the same card and configuration. A regression seems to have occurred between these kernels. No revealing logs were present. Second time: Oct 8 09:49:27 nsh-ubuntu kernel: [ 21.604822] Unpin not necessary for 880135de4a00 ! The secondary screen goes dark, and the kernel freezes. I'm running on a standard Ubuntu 9.04 64 bit machine with ext4. I've recently started to see problems with Evolution where listing a certain folder with mails generates the message: Error while Generating message list. database disk image is malformed I currently have two folders that yield this message, and list none of the mails present in the folder (which is bad, since I want access to them) I have used Evolution for 3-4 years now, and I have not seen this message before. I tried suspending the machine today, this time with my screensaver disabled. The machine usually freezes showing the screensaver. The machine tried to suspend, and then resumed spontaneously without entering suspend. Dump of messages prior to attached dmesg.log. The computer had survived a suspend/resume cycle in this log, before failing suspend at the end of attached messages file. ** Attachment added: messages http://launchpadlibrarian.net/19587112/messages -- Suspend to RAM mostly fails on Ubuntu 8.10 on Optiplex 745 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/294025 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 294025] [NEW] Suspend to RAM mostly fails on Ubuntu 8.10 on Optiplex 745
Public bug reported: Suspend to RAM occasionally works, but most often fails on Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex 8.10. When a suspend fails, the following occurs: 1) suspend is selected 2) X screen-saver starts, then hangs 3) Computer never enters suspend 4) Hard drive light flashes occasionally Power-off is required to get out of this state. This is seen on a Dell OptiPlex 745 Core 2 6600 with RV516 [Radeon X1300/X1550 Series]. Two monitors are attached (Dual Head), using the radeon 1.29.0 20080528 driver (according to messages log). According to Synaptic xserver-xorg-video-radeonxserver-xorg-video-ati version 1:6.9.0+git20081003.f9826a56-0ubuntu2 are installed. [Bug 292139] Re: Cursor is frozen when Macbook resumes on Intrepid

I see this problem on a macbook 2,1 on 2.6.27-7-generic #1 SMP Thu Oct 30 04:12:22 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux I did not initially see the problem due to Bug #292139. -- appletouch: pointer gravitates to center of screen after resume, re-modprobing works around https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/280290 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 280290] Re: appletouch: pointer gravitates to center of screen after resume, re-modprobing works around
I may have made a premature conclusion here. I saw Bug #292139 again. I think this bug and Bug #292139 are related. Same workaround can be applied. -- appletouch: pointer gravitates to center of screen after resume, re-modprobing works around https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/280290 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
