Public bug reported: For example, when I am listening to YouTube music videos in Chrome, sometimes the sound will play fine, but other times I will hear the music without the singing, and other times it will be very crackly. I suppose the file size is rather large. If you go on YouTube and select very high resolution (i.e. large file size per second), the same thing might happen. I didn't try it.
