The blind guess is that the sleep time is too short. The tool works in a way that it starts the app and expects the first frame event. After the defined sleep time the app gets stoped. The problem it seems had two folds. 1. The ubuntu-html5-container package depends on liboxideqt-qmlplugin and the ubuntu-sdk-libs depends on both.
