The Restricted Drivers Manager does not see my Nvidia drivers at all. >From before I remember that it only shows up if I have selected "nvidia" in xorg.conf - when using the open source nv driver it does not show up as available but disabled - it doesn't show at all. This I've always found weird. Thank you for your bug report. You certainly did your homework before filing it! The dmesg.txt shows that nvidia kernel module is not being loaded. You have the right package for a Geforce 6000 though (nvidia-glx-new). Eduard: I beinterested in seeing the output of ls -al /lib/linux-restricted-modules/ BEFORE you reconfigure things using restricted-manager. You can use restricted-manager by going to System -> Administration -> Restricted Drivers Manager. Oh yes, this is an on-board card that does not seem to have a TV-out port.
