[Bug 1169404] Re: munin_stats fails due to being run as nobody
Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. On a fresh install of munin on both Precise and Raring, /etc/munin /plugin-conf.d/munin-node already contains user munin under [munin_stats]. Here are the equivalent URLs from VCS in bzr: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/munin/precise/view/head:/debian/plugins.conf http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/raring/munin/raring/view/head:/debian/plugins.conf Please could you clarify what you are saying should be changed, exactly? On a fresh installation, exactly what is wrong? Or is this an upgrade issue, or an issue specific to your system?
