Ofono only provides this as a read-only property, to show if you are currently roaming or not. You can disable/enable data while - roaming, but there is no way to do that for calls. I have compared this - to android, which also doesn't provide a way to change that. I don't understand why turning on call roaming would involve setting the operator selection setting to manual, and selecting their home operator. In another country, your home operator often wouldn't even be in the list to select!
