Tried Joseph's suggestion. Still receive the error. Ongoing for over a month now. Have flushed the temporaries as well to no avail. I get notification New version of Kubuntu available. Run updater, get error, advised to restart. You may need to run the following: sudo apt-get install -f sudo apt-get clean sudo apt-get update Then re-install the package.
