I think that the problem is related to lack of artful build for dynamicRM in the `ibmpackages' PPA. I was able to upload it already at with version 2.0.5-1-103-3ubuntu1. Canonical does not provide support for that PPA. If that PPA is broken or missing any dependencies not available in Ubuntu anymore, the owners/uploads of that PPA need to either fix those packages in said PPA or provide the necessary dependencies. core-network package was removed due to security vulnerabilities. It is a universe package with no support provided by canonical and is thus out of scope. What is RMC (rsct)? Why does it require universe packages? GUI packages? Packages with known unpatched vulnerabilities? Can it operate without core-network?
