[Bug 1835879] Re: Intel Wireless-AC 9462/9560 not supported on ICL
@Seth so the general process mentions that all bugs need to be re- verified after getting rebuilt, to make sure none of the changes got dropped by mistake and/or the additional did not cause regressions. We do allow for exceptions of course, since some changes might be small or self-contained enough that we can just forward copy the verification. In this case I'd like it to be possible, but the verification doesn't give me much to work with sadly - the tags were switched to 'verified' without stating any information like which package versions/combinations have been used or what tests have been performed. It doesn't feel like something I could let through without rising some eyebrows. Not sure how the verification of other bugs in this upload looked like, but in this case I'd prefer re-verification. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1835879 Title: Intel Wireless-AC 9462/9560 not supported on ICL To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-next/+bug/1835879/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1835879] Re: Intel Wireless-AC 9462/9560 not supported on ICL
For linux-firmware part, we'll only need ibt-19-32-0.{sfi,ddc} for 9462 on ICL, which has been committed as https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux- firmware.git/commit/?id=d52556e4592e64023157a83fb0f483661f23ac0e. This should be backported to B/C/D, and let Eoan to be rebased on latest upstream HEAD. ** Changed in: linux-firmware (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => You-Sheng Yang (vicamo) ** Changed in: linux-firmware (Ubuntu) Status: New => In Progress ** Changed in: linux-firmware (Ubuntu Bionic) Status: New => In Progress ** Changed in: linux-firmware (Ubuntu Cosmic) Status: New => In Progress ** Changed in: linux-firmware (Ubuntu Disco) Status: New => In Progress -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1835879 Title: Intel Wireless-AC 9462/9560 not supported on ICL To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-next/+bug/1835879/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
