Done in lp:~mrpouit/xubuntu-default-settings/translatable-launchers. I've uploaded the POT file on https://translations.launchpad.net /xubuntu-default-settings. As soon as it's accepted, it should be available for translation. No, custom actions included by default in Thunar are translated. I can confirm this would be good to have. I don´t know how easy it is to implement, since ~/.config/Thunar/uca.xml does not exist by default. It is not present on the Xubuntu 8.10 LiveCD and it is not present in my own installation of Xubuntu 8.10. Perhaps there is a system wide file it could be placed in.
