This happens only when you go through keyboard detection. I answer its questions with 'n', 'w', 'z', and then answer No for the rest of them. I will attach logs of running `ps faux` and strace on various processes. I just ran this and it paused for some time as well. ps showed that apt- extracttemplates was working.
