No, what Ralph meant is split is the past perfect form. There is no
splitted in spelling... I guess this meant this, instead of
separating support and main packages. BTW, wishlist... a typo...

will be implemented as it requires some significant code changes in several
applications. I'd like to treat this as a whishlist item though.
